Sundance Energy Services did an excellent job of installing two ductless heat pumps this week at our house. We are returning customers of Sundance and their previous excellent service has gotten even better. We would like to thank Deanna, Curtis, and JD for their wonderful company leadership and installers John, Nick and Adam for their experience and professional work. In the words of the city building inspector, their installation work was very neat and above all code requirements. Thank you Sundance Team.

Gas fireplace repairs for 2 units. Excellent!!! Immediately had an idea of the problem, was spot on. Both fireplaces cleaned, switches repaired as well as blowers corrected, now working perfectly. Cleanup was like she had never been here, perfect. Friendly, professional and well within what I expected to pay for repairs. Relieved that the entire system did not need replacing. Everything was fully explained, I will definitely call them again for maintenance, and if needed, repairs.

Jordan came to check on my direct vent gas fireplace today as my pilot light had blown out a few months ago. He was well dressed, extremely polite & very professional. I was immediately impressed. He took care to be tidy & vacuumed after he was done. He was able to clearly answer my questions about service & repair & what some possible options might be if I want to update my 20+ yr. old fireplace. I'll be getting more info I've asked for soon & hope to work further with Sundance Energy Services!! Thank you, Jordan

We have two fireplaces that were recently cleaned by Bryan.
He did an Excellent job replacing the valve and pilot on one fireplace. He also did an excellent job on cleaning the glass, refreshing the embers, and checking wiring and connections on both fireplaces. I also give Dwight (owner) kudos for contacting me regarding previous work done.
We highly recommend Sundance to future customers.

A tech was sent to repair my fireplace. It is one for which they are an authorized dealer. He was unable to repair it and left. But I was still charged $100. He just gave up and had no idea what to do. I called the manufacturer, Heat n Glo, and they told me the tech should have called them to get assistance. It was a weird experience and a waste of money.

I have since had another shop, Fireside Home Solutions, come and their repairman fixed the problem right away.

We had Sundance out to replace our furnace and install an A/C Unit. We met w/ Curtis who walked us through all the options and outlined a plan that worked best for our usage and setup! He answered all our questioned and made sure we felt comfortable w/ the direction.

On the day of installation the team showed up right on time. They had a few questions/recommendations for us and completed the installation in a day. At the end of the day they walked us through the entire system and again answered all of my questions. I couldn't recommend Sundance more for any of your HVAC needs :)

We had a great experience with Sundance Energy Services when installing a gas insert for our fireplace. Brian took great care and time with us in choosing exactly what we needed, and he answered our questions in such a timely manner after ordering, in the days leading up to install. During installation, Tim in particular took the time to make sure everything was just right, working efficiently and accurately, and his communication and follow-through was above and beyond impeccable. I would definitely recommend Sundance Energy Services to others.

A representative (Dwight Hansen) came out as soon as possible to evaluate our old furnace. We knew we needed a new one.
The price was fair and what we expected. The installation went smoothly and the installers were very friendly and professional.
We had one small issue after installation and left a message with the office in the evening. We received a call from Kimberly the first thing the next morning. Wade came out that morning and fixed the issue in less than 15 minutes.
We really appreciate Sundance and highly recommend this company.

We purchased a gas fireplace from Sundance Energy Services. Our experience from start to finish was superb. The communication from Doug, the staff and installation team was all thorough and prompt. The install team was always on time, efficient, friendly and hard working. Tobias and the other guys really knew their stuff. We are always happy to support local businesses and are pleased to give Sundance an A+!

Had the luck of getting Jordan as my tech to come for an annual inspection of my heat pump and AC unit.
Jordan was honest with positive attitude, completely professional and knowledgeable.
I felt comfortable and lucky with him in my home and working on my unit!
Was understanding of my barking dog. If I had the opportunity I would request Jordan again.
