Bryan from Sundance came out to do a diagnostic service on our gas fireplace. We rarely use the unit but had a large amount of build up on the glass from the handful of times we've used it. He quickly recognized the issue, resolved it, and had things looking like there wasn't an issue in the first place. Great service!

The service rep (Mike) was very professional and efficient. Came for furnace tune-up. No upselling. Was told furnace may be going out due to its age. He could have easily replaced parts not needed Will be contacting Sundance Energy Services for future needs. Thank you.

The tech representative, Jordan Hansen, demonstrated the utmost courtesy, respect and professionalism. He called 10 mins before arrival which prepared me to take our dog outside. He was considerate by putting on shoe covers and cleaned up very nicely after he was finished with the two fireplaces and furnace. Our fireplaces almost look brand new!

Since Rich's no longer installs gas logs, we went with Sundance Energy Services. They have had a long presence here in Bothell and we see their trucks in our neighborhood all the time. Picking out the right set for our particular needs was easy and 4 weeks later installed. Looks great and we are very happy. Thank you.

Service was excellent, installer courteous, and price was low. We quoted out similar gas log inserts at three local companies and Sundance was the least expensive by almost 20%, and they were very easy to schedule and work with. We are very pleased with our new fireplace and will be using them in the future when we do our basement .

Amazing service, very detailed and clean. Michael took all the COVID precautions when coming into the house, as well as making sure he kept his work area clean. He was also very helpful when explaining how things worked with my fireplace.
