Sundance Energy Services went out of their way to help us get a new furnace installed on short notice when the original 27 year old furnace suddenly failed one extremely cold December evening. Doug personally brought space heaters by after hours so that my elderly mother could stay warm. We have used Sundance Energy Services for many years and can assure you they are THE BEST!

Bryan was a complete joy to chat with. He was not only professional and informative, but he also has a wonderful sense of humor. I really enjoyed chatting with him. He also made both fireplaces look brand new and told me about what to expect in the next 2 to 3 years because the units are almost 20 years old. He is a wonderful representative of your company!

I have worked with Sundance Energy twice now, first to address a broken fireplace switch and now to install a ductless heat pump/AC unit. In both cases stellar service. Exceeded expectations and even the city inspector commented on the electric work completed for the ductless install as being exceptional. I cannot say enough great things about Sundance and they have my business on any HVAC issues in my home!

Michael worked on my Gas Fire place and was very efficient, explained maintenance tips. As well as the process of what he was doing. Also noted the condition my fire place was in and let me know he was available for help if there were any further issues. Very friendly as well as informative!

We've been longtime customers for AC and furnace after Sundance did the initial installation of the air conditioner unit. Service has been mostly excellent but what is really appreciated are the two times we had water heaters go bad and received a rapid response to install a new unit. Good service is always appreciated but in a difficult situation it's even more so.

Michael Rierson from Sundance serviced my furnance and gas fireplace. I was very impressed with Michael's knowledge and excellent customer service. I had questions that he easily answered and he educated me on various issues with both the furnance and fireplace. He even helped me order new filters since my filter size is a little wonky. My fireplace has never sparked so beautifully. Thank you for the amazing service!

Dwight Hansen was Friendly, very knowledgeable, did a wonderful job on two of our fireplaces, answered several of our questions That we had for a while about our fireplace.One of our fireplaces needed some extra attention and Dwight did a wonderful job on that fireplace. We use that fireplace a lot and are
thrilled with the results of Dwight's work and we are already enjoying his work with a warm fire and a fan that works well.

They replaced our water heater. They were arranged through our property managers so I can't speak to how that process was. We had two guys show up, Wade and John, for the water heater replacement. They gave us a heads up when they were heading over which is nice. They also identified an issue with our electrical related to the water heater so they called in Jacob to help replace/fix that. The whole team was respectful, professional, knowledgeable, and able to answer questions I had. And yes they did wear masks.
