    Exemptional customer service! Very professional and responsive. I emailed them on Saturday, not expecting to get a response until Monday, but they responded right away! They got my fireplace fixed very fast and with a very reasonable costs. Highly recommend Sundance Energy to anyone!

    Bryan, the service tech is a great asset to this company. We had a stove installed October 2019. We ran into a few issues with it and Bryan was able to identify and fix the issues. He even offered to come out on his day off so we wouldn't be without heat. That is great customer service.

    Wow! I really appreciated the time Tim put into repairing our Mitsubishi ductless heating cooling system. He was professional and very knowledgeable-he even helped me understand what went wrong and how to prevent our unit from experiencing the same problem in the future. I appreciated his respect of the times we are in by wearing his mask & maintaining social distancing along with cleaning up. We will definitely be requesting Tim as our technician in the future!

    I was told that I was not able to have AC installed in my condo boy were they wrong. Sundance came in and delivered a first class product for a very reasonable price and I have never been happier. I love my new heat pump and I am grateful for Sundance for going the extra yard to make my home comfortable. I would also like to give an extra shout out to Cody who is a design master who actually figured out a way to put a square peg into a round hole.     Gas fireplace would not stay lit. Pilot assembly had to replaced. The service tech had the part and installed the new one in a timely manner. Very courteous and careful about keeping everything clean during the process. Great job!

    There was a mix up so I had to wait 35 minutes for furnace tech Heather after she gave me the 10 minutes heads-up call to meet her at my rental. She made it up by doing a great job of inspecting and correcting little things, and by discounting the service. A day later I recommended Sundance to a buddy who needed the same.

    In an effort to be energy efficient we purchased a fancy, expensive heat pump water heater 6 months ago. It was installed properly, we had several people confirm this but it was crazy NOISY, like have an idling semi truck in our basement. You could hear it in every corner of the house. We finally found someone who would take on our fancy beast (after many failed attempts) and I was so impressed with their services. The specialist who worked on our system, Wade, was incredibly knowledgeable, easy to work with, respectful of our home, identified the problem, fixed the issue and it has made a world of difference. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.
    Can’t say enough good things about Wade, I will definitely be using this organization again.

    Sundance fixed our gas fireplace, and they did it right! We were bummed when winter hit and the pilot light wouldn't stay on, then after I couldn't fix the problem, I called Sundance. Heather came out, diagnosed the issue and came back later and replaced the faulty part, all while cleaning up the fireplace so it looks as good as new! I'll definitely use them again and hope Heather's the technician.
