    Bryan recently inspected our AC/Furnace and did a great job. Patiently answered questions and gave tips to improve performance. Would definitely recommend using Sundance in the future!

    I was eager to be a customer of Sundance Energy Services, but they made it impossible for that to happen.

    I requested an air conditioning installation quote and was told, "A customer service representative will be contacting you shortly to address your needs." I heard nothing for a week, so I called and followed up. They assured me that the person it was assigned to would follow up. I waited another week and heard nothing. I called again and was told the same thing. I called a third time, now 44 days since my original quote request, and was told the person would follow up. This was where I drew the line and had the overdue realization that my time was not being respected.

    I highly recommend Sundance Energy. It's rare to find exceptional services, like they provide, these days. Timothy, Karen and the Sundance "team" are amazing. They are professional, efficient and quick to help.

    We've used Sundance for years. They installed a fireplace insert, a furnace, and most recently, a hot water heater.

    Our water heater went out Wednesday night. They had someone out here on Thursday and after we decided to replace instead of repair, they were able to get that taken care of on Thursday also!

    Every person we spoke with or who came out to the house was friendly, professional, covid conscious, and super accommodating.

    They also discovered that the people who installed the previous one had done part of it incorrectly. So glad I thought to call and ask if they also took care of water heaters!

    Bryan did regular maintenance and cleaning of my gas fireplace. I was impressed with how knowledgeable he was about the age and workings of my particular make & model, and offered helpful suggestions to keep it running efficiently. He was prompt, courteous and made sure the work area was clean when he was done. I've had Sundance maintain my gas fireplace for many years and recommend them highly.

    Sundance cleaned our gas fireplace so it was looking like new. Also, they provided us with a tutorial on how to clean ourselves and advised how we can complete minor cosmetic repairs ourselves in the future. We would highly recommend them for services and will be contacting them for any repairs in the future!

    Book them early during the winter time for furnace tune-up. They're very well priced and do an excellent job. We've been using them for years. I had to wait 6 weeks for them to come out to the house. But it was worth the wait. They were $300 cheaper than another company I was looking at.

    I was sent to Sundance via the Heat and Glo fireplace website for a fan install on my existing fireplace. Once I called them, they informed me there is a $100 fee to send a tech out for diagnostic, which is understandable.

    When the tech came out they were under qualified for the job and misinformed about the planned service.

    The tech was unable to get the job done and suggested I replace my brand new gas fireplace with a new one from their company. I paid a 400 dollar deposit on the job to get it scheduled at a later date.

    What should have been a 500 dollar install, turned into a quote 1000 dollar job. I ended up installing the fan myself and saved 800 dollars.

    After I called to get a refund for my 400 dollar deposit, they said they would take care of it. I received an invoice stating 201 of the 400 was refunded. This was not the 300 I was expecting for a refund.

    I had to call the office and speak to a supervisor just to get the additional amount past the 100 dollar diagnostic fee refunded.

    I feel like this company will take advantage of individuals not paying close attention to what they are billed for.

    Sundance has serviced out equipment, and also sold and installed a new furnace/AC system. We have had an excellent experience, especially with Tim who worked late on Saturday to ensure that the setup worked perfectly - and it does ! Thank you Tim, and Sundance!
