Traditional water heater -> tankless water heater installation. The guys came out and were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They explained the work that was done and changes that were made thoroughly. I will be setting up a regular maintenance plan with Sundance soon!

Got a malfunctioning water heater on a weekend and under this cold weather - tried calling warranty and ask advice from local services, either made me submit request and go through long queue or just could not help.

Finally found Sundance which is an authorized service support of my water heater brand.
Called the 24/7 emergency hotline, got a respond within 30mins and Brian was super helpful and patient! Figured out my problem real quickly with clear directions, literally a life-saver so we don't need to go without hot water over the weekend especially with a little one at home! Definitely recommend and call them if I need any repair or installation.

Updating this for a service visit we just had done. We can't speak more highly about HVAC technician Tim Robertson who serviced our split head system today. I followed him around and made a pest of myself but he seemed happy to explain to me what he was doing and why it was important. I wish all of the service people we have work on our house were as friendly, professional, and competent as Tim!

Totally professional organization. The salesman clearly was very knowledgeable and experienced. The process was tasteful and not pushy. Our installers, Keith and John, were incredibly professional.

We live in a 100 year old house and they hit a surprise in our house's ancient electrical system and had to run the power from a different box. Hey, no problem! They kept us informed, they were creative, and didn't mind explaining what they were doing when I poked my head in a few times. They left our house and yard immaculate and were total pros about everything.

One thing that we liked about Sundance is that they've done thousands of split head installations, so they know their business (and have a top rating from Toshiba, enabling them to give longer warranties than many other companies. They aren't some new kid on the block or some wannabe company.

After the installation, they clearly walked my wife and I through the operation of the system. And they gave us their business cards and told us we can call the office or them on their cell anytime we have a question.

David was a stellar professional. He used all his available resources to troubleshoot my gas fireplace and get it working properly after having been inoperable for years. He provided me with useful information about the status of my furnace and best practices for optimal performance. It was my first time using Sundance Energy for my heating maintenance, and if this is an example of future performance, it won’t be my last. Thanks for the excellent service David!

Really like this company. I had made the appointment over 2 months in advance. Probably because I waited till late fall. They somehow had my phone number wrong but Dwight showed up at my door anyway on time. I needed my gas fireplace fixed and had not worked for a couple of years. He worked efficiently and was very careful of my carpets. He had the fireplace up and running in no time. He then went on to service my furnace. The cost was very fair and I could not be happier. Sundance serviced us before an appointment was even scheduled! On the initial phone call, Curtis gave us instructions on how to alleviate the pressure from our broken water heater. He asked me to text a picture of our unit and gave me further instructions. Happy with the installation process too. Sundance is quick to respond, freely gives helpful advice, friendly, proficient, and clean! I will recommend Sundance to all my family & friends.

The Sundance technician, Mike, arrived at the front end of our service window, which worked out well for us.
Mike demonstrated high competence and performed the fireplace insert tune-up efficiently. He was eager to explain any questions I had and ensured I understood all operating aspects of our equipment. I was completely satisfied with Mike's service.

Sundance's technician, Tim, was very professional. I described the issues I that have been occurring with my furnace and condensate pump. He installed a replacement pump that I purchased through Amazon for a reasonable fee and gave me some advice about how to troubleshoot if I had similar issues in future. Tim also cleaned up the work area very well and was careful to take his shoes off to avoid tracking dirt from the crawlspace in my house. I will be using Sundance's services in the future and will ask for Tim if he's available.

Our service guy was great. He was very honest, knowledgeable and respectful. I would’ve given an extra star if the response time to set up our repair visit was sooner, but this was due to an abnormal amount of requests for repair and the shipping of our part.
