Wonderful, fast service! Our repairman, Peter, was very friendly and efficient. Got the dishwasher working but helped us understand that rather than replace the main water pump it was better to just buy a new machine. Really appreciated his straight forward advice!

My whirlpool washer wasn’t draining properly. So I looked up the instructions on YouTube and tried to figure it out myself. 3 hours later, I was lucky to put it back together without damaging it. That’s when I called Hotwire. They sent me an estimate right away, and the tech, Ihor, showed up on time. He didn’t speak much English but he was ready to work. He took apart my washer in like 20 minutes, found the problem and fixed it. All done in less than an hour. Dude knows what he was doing. Def recommend.

Very impressed with this company's service and how easy it was to schedule an appointment online on short notice. Oleg, the technician who handled our service appointment, was courteous and very professional. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue with our Whirlpool refrigerator (which recently started leaking water onto the floor) and had all the parts he needed already on hand to conduct a repair. His work was quick and very tidy. We'll definitely be calling HotWire for any future appliance repair needs.
