I have a specialized system, and would like to talk to someone who knows anything about HVAC, but their phone number goes to an outsourced call center that only wants to schedule an appointment without knowing anything and without me knowing if they can even do the work. What's worse, the person was difficult to understand and surely didn't understand a word I was saying. Hard to do business that way. :(
