The Hot Wire HVAC & Appliance repair technician came out on Sunday to look at my Samsung fridge and it worked. He asked if I wouldn't mind giving him a review. I said of course. You were quick, courteous and did a great job. Highly Recommend....

Dennis came to fix my freezer last summer and came back recently to fix my dishwasher. He was cordial and efficient on both occasions. He was respectful and wore covers over his shoes.

Was able to come out quick, in the evening after I was off work, charged less than others for the visit, and fixed the problem on the spot for a good price. Thought I had to buy a new dryer but didn’t. No complaints

I had a light ballast that has not been working for a WHILE...and finally contacted Hotwire!..Kostiantyn(? spelling)...came out right away ...diagnosed the problem...ordered the part and came back to install it ...ALL IN A TIMELY MANNER!!..YAHOO!...he was GREAT!!..very efficient...very knowledgeable and very attentive to the issue!...Rachel in the call center was AWESOME!!..Very very helpful and polite and just all around AMAZING!...I will definitely be using their service again!..(l hope not!...) but if something breaks I KNOW where to turn to!!
