I did the quote on yelp, and his price is lower than others. After that I tried to do it myself. I asked him questions, and he was so patient and answered all my questions through text. And even using pictures to help me understand the issue. I finally identified the root cause with his help. No charges at all. Very nice person and professional. Highly recommend.

Deniz was very efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, answered my questions graciously and most importantly fixed my refrigerator in two days! Other companies quoted the LG class action lawsuit (true but it us a 5 year warranty and mine is 5 years and 5 months) which leads to no compressors in stock, parts could take months (yikes without a working fridge!). Would use Hotwire again, all thanks to Deniz and fast, efficient friendly service of the company.

I had a problem with a GE dishwasher. I contacted the company after a friend had recommended them. The technician Platon had to come in twice, one to assess the problem and a second time to bring and replace the broken part. He arrived within the agreed-on time windows and was very professional. I'd use their services again if needed.
