Scheduled for a technician to come to take a look at the the broken furnace with smell, never get a call from tech when they will come, never showed up at the scheduled appt, called the customer service 3 times throughout the day, always say the tech will call me and no tech calls or follow ups. Call again 1hr post appt window, no one calls or get a confirmation of weather the tech is going to show up or not. Just completely hang up my call. me including so many people in the house are waiting for the appt and all day schedules are hanging up due to this is very frustrating and unprofessional.

Had a wonderful encounter with them. My pilot light would not stay lit. I was concerned that I might be upsold on pricey components or a brand-new water heater. The issue was resolved when the tech suggested a new thermal connection. He also found a gas leak when re-positioning my burners, which were in the wrong spot. Fix everything. We feel content, cosy, and secure right now!.

The whole process went very smoothly from the moment I called the office to the day it was installed.The woman answering the phone very quickly scheduled an appointment for me.

The technician showed up on schedule. He provided the service in a very professional manner and went above and above.
