Our 1970 heating and cooling system had run itself into the ground! I met with 4-different in the Puget Sound area furnace companies. Bob's price was the best! So in comparison to value Bob's top of the list. October 2021 we paid the deposit and because of supply chain issues "this is a real barrier" install didn't happen until March 2022. Yep 4-months - this is just the way things are right now. Patience is key and the wait is worth it! The 3-day install process is a big undertaking and included: 1) Eric's killer team installing the new electrical panel; 2) Jerry C's team with Mike G (a.k.a the furnace guru) and Tony Z tore out the old system and custom built venting to fit the new; and 3) the electrical team who hooked it all up. In all the project was well co-ordinated, professionally installed by competent respectful people. Pretty much all you could ask for!! Old & new photos below. Good luck!

Woke up to find out that our furnace is not turning on. Called Bob's Heating to see if they can take care of it, they dispatched a technician, which was at my house in 30 minutes after the call, and in another 40 minutes everything was fixed. This is the fastest repair in my life.

Scheduled an appointment 3 weeks ago and patiently waiting. An employee contacted me today, 2 weeks before the appointment, to tell me that they are unable to keep the appointment and would have to reschedule to 3-4 months out as they need to prioritize other work. It's disappointing to see that they are okay to break their promise and loose customers.

Shout out to Rachael for helping rearrange schedules and making sure the tech had parts to repair our broken air conditioner. She went way beyond the normal to help us!

I got my water heater replaced by Bob’s heating and AC, they were reasonable with pricing and their scheduler was very accommodating. 6 months after the replacement the water heater works fine but started having sputtering issue, I called and had technician came out to check & fixed the issue without charge (warranty). The technician (Danny Grant) was helpful and patient, did his best to check and make sure the sputtering (air in the line) won’t happen again. Overall 5 star with the service and product so far.

I've used Bob's many times in the past and previously always had great service. I moved from my previous home to a new home and wanted to continue being a customer. I called from my new home and was basically told they are just too busy to even schedule me. ( Her exact words) Bob's obviously does not need any more business, and seems to think it's time to thin their customer base. Do yourself a favor and find a company interested in your business.

I was driving on the freeway and one of there drivers using the on ramp decided he wanted to be infront of me and used the shoulder to help pass. Then he brake checked me for using my horn at him. 3/9/2023 WA license plate D60609A
