Brianna answered the phone and was very kind & patient with my babbling. She scheduled out a technician next day. Steve Alley was on time and incredibly helpful. Price was right, the work was done quickly. I have no complaints. A fantastic experience!

The crew showed up at precisely as scheduled and concluded 4 hours later. They laid down floor protection and wore masks. They had a difficult task having to remove and replace a furnace that was installed by them in 1996. I was very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Bob’s heating.

Bob's is just an honest company. They booked me a week in advance and then called me the next day ask if an earlier date and time would work. They were prompt (if ten minutes early) and thorough in explaining what was going on through out the project. 3 hours later and we have a proper air system in our extension.

The service we have received from Bob's heating & air conditioning has always been great. Every one is very friendly, and they get the work don't right. My only negative feedback is that smaller items like thermostats tend to be very over priced (for the particular one we were looking at it was double the price). They do include the installation on the price, but I feel for customers who have their entire systems with them that should not be the case.

Horrible experience with Bob’s. I remember when my family first purchased our house, we were told to call Bob’s HVAC if we need any help in the future. We also purchase a warranty, we received this little card which told us we had a warranty and what numbers to call if we ever need help.
One hot summer day our air conditioner stop working out of no where. I called Bob’s but they said they couldn’t help us since our warranty expired 4 years ago (which would be the same date my family bought the house). I provided some extra information and told the employee who was talking to me that we purchased a warranty years ago, and that currently no other company wants to work with us due to that fact that Bob’s HVAC installed our system and not another company.
I tried to explain my situation only to find myself receiving no answers to my question and being told to Hang up.
