Bob's Heating & Air Conditioning

This is an old fashioned shout out to Bob's Heating and Air Conditioning in Woodinville. They are my top go to firm now in the Northshore area. You ask why? Imagine waking up at night hearing the furnace fan sound like a prop plane crash-landing in your basement. Pure panic. After getting the run around from a bigger, more media focused firm for two weeks, we went local and called Bob's H&AC. Instantly, there were two highly skilled technicians at my door to survey the unit, reassure me that the world was not ending, and order the part. They even came back the next day with the part to complete the repair. What? Did this positive happy experience really happen in post covid 2022? Yup. These Bob's H&AC technicians are polite, professional, and clearly love their jobs. So, a huge thank you goes out to Mr. Trevor Williams and Mr. Frederick Lansana. In sum total, you guys made my day. I will forever recommend Bob's H&AC as the local H&AC company for local residents to call.

I called today to have my heat pump serviced after extensive AC use this summer and they told me "we are not accepting new clients at this time" and "call the Better Business Bureau and look up a A+ company and call them". I guess I should have ignored their radio adds to call them for service. Needless to say I will not be calling them ever again.

UPDATE: The response from Bob's to my post is completely understandable. That in itself would have been all the person I spoke needed to say. I would not have written my review above had he said that. For that I apologize because that is a real issue every business is struggling with. A certain demographic has made it hard to find workers when they pay people to not work.

Great install of our AC unit by Bob's Heating and Air Conditioning! Professional and friendly installers that kept us informed with what they were doing during the process, and explaining the instructions and use of our new AC, recommendations for maintaining the unit, and servicing schedule. Reasonably priced as well. Our only complaint was the time from when we purchased the unit to the install date. To be fair it was the beginning of summer, and they were very busy. They were able to fit us in sooner than the original install date, so they were willing to help us out. Great experience overall!

We've used Bob's for a few years now. They do a great job when we call for service. They are prompt and leave our house in great shape(no mess). But they really shine in installing our new furnace. They made sure we knew exactly how everything works, and set it up flawlessly.
They are good folks to work with.

Love these guys. When our house was built, Bob's was used to install our furnace and ducting. We have had them out for follow-up tune-ups ever since. Zero problems in the last 14 yrs. They also installed our A/C unit. Still in excellent shape. Both are in excellent condition.

Bob's was the 3rd of 3 bids I got for a mini-spit install. Their pricing was wonderful and I really appreciate how they take care of the whole process, including electrical and permitting.

The install was completed in a prompt and professional manner. There was a need for some creative routing of the drain pipes on 2 of the 3 units and they were receptive to my suggestions and the final outcome exceeded my high standards. I will use them again and would recommend to others.

This company is top rate I had to wait three months for the AC but it was well worth it the salesman Rick was upfront and gave me a great deal nothing like having air conditioning this summer and I’m looking forward to my bill going down in the winter I went to several local companies for bids and Bob’s game in the lowest and it seems the best

Very helpful and knowledgeable team! I had a pretty involved furnace and water heater replacement and relocation and they gave me the best quote! When it came to the install the staff was very understanding, knowledgeable and worked with the silliness that was my house. I had a manager and the sales guy swing by to give advice make sure everything was going as I had hoped which was very nice!

I had 2 AC installed and one mini-split AC heat pump installed and replaced an old electrical panel with a 200 amp. The crew are friendly, professional, and skilled. My many thanks to Cameron, Cody, Ryan, and the rest of the gang.

I have been using Bob's Heating & Air Conditioning every year since they installed the heating and AC units in our then new home 15 years ago. We took out the annual service plan on both the heat and AC. They come out each year to do the maintenance, and the service has been excellent. They are on time, provide a full report on what was done and how things look, and give the units a good clean. We have had no issues with either the heating/furnace or the AC. Both units are coming close to their end of life, but I believe the annual service/maintenance plan we had with Bob's Heating allowed us to last this long. Great working with them.
