Fantastic job by Kendall. On time and super professional. Explained everything and even gave us some pointers on how to keep the unit clean and operating at peak performance during the hot summer. I’m a customer for life!!

1/29/22 No news on the part I’m waiting for and no heat in my workshop still.
12/27/22 When the repair leaves the unit less functional than before and you are charged $625 for it. That is the definition poor value and service. They claim it needs a part but if they show up with the part and fix it I will eat my words but as for today I would not recommend this company.
4/25/22 Update, finally got a new controller board I’m told that was fried in install. After blaming the power company and trying to sell me a power filter they left and I haven’t heard or seen anyone since. Called HVAC Mechanical Specialists Matt put a new controller in and charged up the system. Works like a charm.

I spoke to several other HVAC companies and these guys were responsive, honest and pleasant to work with. Great communication via email and phone calls and James did an awesome job getting my system going and gave some recommendations for future things to watch. Highly recommended.

Dave and Avalanche did an awesome job helping us redo our kitchen. Dave was patient and kind with my elderly mother who called him several times with questions, prior to appointment. Dave went over and beyond to install faucet, sink, dishwasher, and disposal. He was honest, hard working, and thorough with everything he did. He made sure we understood how to work everything before he left. He brought my dog treats. Avalanche was such a good boy and made the visit so much fun! We've used Humphrey for years and will continue to do so!

Humphrey Heating and Air was great to work with. They found a way to fit us into their schedule during one of the hottest weeks of the year. Once Nick arrived, he quickly performed a diagnostic and repaired only what was needed to get our AC back up and running. He was personable, explained different options and allowed us to decide on what path to take. He was not pushy and I felt like he genuinely cared about our family's comfort. I highly recommend Humphrey Heating and Air and we will call them again if we have any more AC needs. Thank you for your great service !

Brendon was great. Very friendly and helpful. I wasn't able to use the service at the moment unfortunately due to my lack of info for my old and new Thermostat, but I will for sure use them in the future when the need arises. I recommend them👍

I recently had my fireplace serviced, a humidifier put on my furnace and a little furnace repair done by Humphrey Plumbing Heating and Air and they were great! They were careful not to muck up my home, did great work and the price was something I would expect to pay for the product. I had obtained an estimate from another company for the same services that was astronomical! I was so happy to have found Humphrey's and will use them again.

I am pleased with the replacement of my water heater by Humphrey. Dave Lloyd was very considerate and professional. I’m very happy with his work on the install. Most times when I have something like this done for me I find things that I’m unhappy with. Things that are technically ok but, just not done well. Dave spent extra time and effort to do it well. It was very clear to me that he takes pride in his work and I am so appreciative. Thanks Dave.
I haven’t had a “go to” plumber for quite some time. I do now.

Jason Hubbard has been at our home on two occasions to service our
AC and heaters, he is incredible. I have never had any other AC company do such an thorough job. He spent over an hour checking every part of the systems. made suggestions on possible repairs that he indicated could be postponed. I elected to have them done instead of waiting. He did not try to hard sell me. The charges are a little higher that others have quoted but his service andattention to detail is well worth a few dollars more, Thank you !

They did an installation of three sprit units in our new-to-us 100 year old home. They were quick and very communicative. By the time they finished I felt like I fully understood what they’d done and how to take care of things on my own. Very impressed with their service and professionalism.

Edit/Update:
When we had issues with our split units the summer after getting them installed, these guys came out so quick to help us. It took a while to figure out but they were responsive and quick to schedule us as soon as possible as soon as we called them. Really great guys and super professional. Love how they treat their customers, new and old.
