I called and asked for my gas to be turned on and my pilot light started. Was charged $360 for that.
Receipt doesn’t make sense to me, they can’t do anything about it or even explain it well to me

Doug gave me a call and went over the charges with me. He corrected them and reimbursed the difference. This new bill is much more reasonable and kind of more what I was expecting.

Danny and Brian did our installation (new furnace and AC) they were here on time and did a great job. They took the time to walk us through the new system and answere any questions we had. They did a great job cleaning up when they were done. Other than a unit that works you would never know they were here. During the install they made sure I knew of any issues that may arise, like turning off the power and possible smoke detectors going off. Thank you and great job!!

Express provides good, reliable services. The technician çovered his shoes before entering the home. The furnace tune-up was efficient and the technician provided a thorough review of repair recommendations without alot of pressure. Allow for some flexibility on scheduled appointments. Overall, very good service. I would recommend Express.

Jason was absolutely amazing! We had a different company come to repair our A/c and they told us it would be $1500 or more to repair and because of the unit’s age (8 years) it would need to be replaced. That company then tried to sell us a very expensive unit. We called Humphrey Plumbing come out first a second quote to compare prices. Jason asked if he could take a look to see what the problem was. I’m about ten minutes he found out the water pump wasn’t getting power. Before replacing it, he plugged it into another outlet, and voila! Our air conditioner started working!!! Not only did he save us thousands by not selling us a new unit, he didn’t even charge us for the service call!!! We will go to Humphrey’s for all of our HVAC and plumbing needs from now on. My basement flooded out of the blue and I wasn’t able to find the source. When I called I didn’t expect anyone would be able to come until the next day, however they were able to send a plumber later that same day. The plumber, Alex S. was knowledgeable and upstanding. He identified the cause of the flooding and put us in touch with a restoration company. 10/10

This company is the best! I have used them for several years to clean and service my furnaces and AC condenser. Earlier this year they replaced my furnace and AC when the old one stopped working. When the summer heat rolled around we had an AC problem and Nick came right out to help us. It took a day or two but he finally solved the problem without charge and the system has worked beautifully ever since. I have had a few questions about the humidifier controls and replacing the furnace filter and each time I got a response that same day arranging for a service representative to come to help me. Unlike another unnamed heating and air company I used only once, this one is honest and does quality work for a good price. I highly recommend them!

Updating my review. Joey Wilson came out for an electrical inspection and helped us with an electrical issue we were having. He was fast and friendly.

We had an AC system replaced after a fan failure on an old unit required us to face the fact that repair was no longer an option. Our tech that day was Damon, very friendly and informative.
The actual replacement ran to 11 hours. We live in an older building which required a crane to get the new unit on our roof and lots of stair climbing by James and Jaiden, who remained in good spirits to the end. Very hardworking pair of guys. The new system brings us into the 21st century with an app and better energy use.

10-15-2018 - David L. from Humphrey saved the day again! On very short notice I contacted David about hooking up (and safety testing) our new gas stove which he agreed to do after normal work hours. When he arrived - he not only did that, but he helped finish the pluming under the kitchen sink (I was in over my head). David did it all at a GREAT price. thanks!!

David Loyd from Humphrey Heating and Air was fantastic. We had 2 plumbers before him come in and bid our kitchenette - both indicated a large trench would need to be dug into the existing foundation concrete (large cost and effort). Dave came up with an easier, faster and more elegant solution which didn't involve any concrete breakup. He was fast, professional and curious. We were thrilled. Thanks David!

Our AC was broken and we were afraid it was needing to be replaced which would be a huge expense. James from Humphreys came out right on time, assessed the AC, tapped on the connector and it started right up! He watched it for a bit to be sure it was cooling just right, checked in the attic that everything was ok up there...he was so honest and efficient! I told him how much I appreciated his honesty! He could have charged me for a new connector panel, etc but instead was totally honest and got it running for just the fee of coming out to check it! We have used Humphreys now for about 2 years and they are honest, timely, fair in their pricing, and I would recommend them all day long!
