Great experience with this team, from start to finish. The initial call was pleasant and helpful. I received a call from the technician at the expected time, and he was able to arrive early to our appointed time. Brayden was kind, and explained our options well. The repairs were completed quickly, and I was so impressed that I signed up for a annual service agreement. I would recommend them to friends and family.

We've had Craig's Services install our furnace about four or five years ago. We enjoyed their service so much that they were the first people we called when we wanted a bid to install a humidifier. When I called to make the appointment, the girl on the phone was so pleasant. And Gary, the technician who came to do the bid for us, was so knowledgeable and very patient when answering all of our questions. We couldn't have asked for nicer people to do business with. We recommend them highly!!!

This place continues to impress me. I have called them in a pinch 4 times over the past 2 years because of various projects, and they are reliable, knowledgeable and treat their customers with absolute respect. They show up when they say they will, they explain what they are going to do and then they have great rates. I would recommend them without any hesitation.

Needed a new GfWA furnace in the bitter cold if January 2023 and the came the next day to install. Friendly, honest and professional. I also had a new AC installed at the same time. In May, they needed to come back to get the AC connected and the technician Gary came with someone he was training and both were so great. Gary explained everything and why another visit was required. They were both very nice and professional. Great experience in every way. Thank you!

Gary and his team of technicians took care of putting our new furnace and ac in in a timely and professional way. He explained the options clearly and succinctly. The company was able to arrange financing. They came out for the follow-up and everything went smoothly.

Gary and James came today to install our new AC system. I felt like the options were well explained when we made the decision to replace, and then the new system was installed in less than a week. I really appreciated the quick turnaround. Gary also really made an effort to get us the best deal for our money as we talked about the options and the timing of the install. The new system looks great and Gary even took some extra time to make sure some abnormalities were resolved with our thermostat after the install. I've had technicians from other companies who make you feel rushed at the end of the job and who may not answer your questions or make sure you are totally comfortable that your problems are resolved. Gary wasn't like that at all. He really wanted to make sure that the job was done right and that we were happy with the service. We will definitely be calling Craig's in the future.

Luke, Gary, and the whole team were wonderful to work with.
They installed a New Tankless Water Heater and Water Softener, and a Humidifier to my HVAC System.
They will be my Plumbers/HVAC Company for ever.
I would recommend them to anyone that needs a Plumber.

Gary was/is awesome. He took the time to show me what is going on with my system and recommend things to do now and in the future. My unit is running smooth. Carson did an excellent job too. They really know their stuff. Clean, presentable and professional.

Just wanted to let everyone know the experience I received from Craig's Services in Bountiful UT. I don't think a more trust worthy and reputable HVAC company exists. They have continually and consistently gone above and beyond my expectations. Their responsiveness is immediate, thier solutions are reliable and thier professionalism is second to none. I had a 16 year old HVAC system that was running on life support (some off brand cheap furnance and a/c). It rapidly started to develop some significant reliablity issues, Craig's services was able to keep it running until we could adequately plan for a furnance and a/c replacement. Once we decided to replace it, they helped us decide on what the best replacement options were. That decision was not easy with many questions on our side and several in person meetings to discuss and plan our replacement. I'm sure they were tired of getting continual questions from us, but this was a significant home improvement and financial decision for us. Once the new system arrived, it was installed and functional the same day. Several minor issues after the installation were addressed immediately. We also discovered that our old system had a very large crack in the heat exchanger potentially causing carbon monoxide poisioning in our home. That explains some of the popping and cracking we heard each morning from our old system. I could go on and on about warranty, rebates, financing optoins etc etc but this review is already too long. If you need **ANYTHING** HVAC related the first people I would call is Craig's Services.

We called Craig's because we had a previous experience with one of their quality repair guys coming over. At the previous visit, we discussed that the furnace would need to be replaced, soon.

Today was the day that the furnace started giving us problems again. Because of the low-pressure, non-salesman-like discussion we'd had before, and because of the quality of the repair, we didn't hesitate to call Craig's again.

Gary came over today. We discussed a possible quick repair as well as replacement options. Gary also impressed me with his low-pressure, non-salesman-like attitude during the discussion. He explained options very well, and he made sure that he understood our family and financial situations.

It is obvious that Gary is doing this job because he wants to help people. He is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. I and my wife feel very comfortable with our choice to replace. The same goes for the choice of which replacement to go with. I hope to edit this review with information of how we will like our new furnace.
