We have been experiencing some water hammer in our pipes and we couldn't figure it out. Somethings are better left for the professionals. Jeremy came out today and was nothing less than that! Professional and kind! This is our second time using Craig's and truly couldn't be more pleased! We have them in the books as go to for heating cooling and now plumbing! One stop shop!

I cannot recommend Craig's highly enough. They are extremely competitive on price and they get you scheduled very fast. They also have fantastic service, I initially needed a bit more coolant put into my new system they had installed, Bryan, the owner, responded to my text on a Saturday when he was out of town and had Noi, his tech, come out Sunday morning to take care of me. There were a couple of misunderstandings on my behalf of the AC unit that was installed and the capabilities. Bryan and the lead installer both called me to make sure everything was functioning correctly. Everyone I got to work with through Craig's was awesome.

These guys use *Flat Rate* charges so no matter how fast or simple the fix you will pay $$$$$! They spent about 35 minutes and installed a $12 transformer on a furnace and charged me almost $400.

I asked how much to take 15 min more and swap out the same $12 transformer on the second identical furnace - in the same room - as a preventative action. They said they would give me a "discount" an only charge me $280 more.

I try to use local first - but they won't be getting any more calls from me.

I bought the second transformer online and installed it myself - that's how I know it was a $12 transformer.

James was great- I called at 7:45 and they were here by 8:10 to fix my heater. James knew what was wrong immediately and went out of his way to get the part needed to fix my issue same day. I am grateful for their timely support!

Craig's Heating was amazing. My experience with them was unlike working with other contractors that can be difficult and take forever. Bryan was quick to respond, fabulous to work with, and delivered a very timely, cost effective, and quality product. They were able to get my work completed far faster and easier than I ever dreamed. The installer was pleasant, happy, took extra care to protect the rest of my home, didn't leave any garbage, didn't charge more for the extra effort it took to customize and provide extra parts for my installation and let me know when everything was complete. What a pleasure to meet and work with Craig's....I'm only sorry I didn't find them sooner.

James at Craigs was wonderful . He was here before the appointment time. He was professional and efficient. He had our ac up and working in 1/2 hour. And when it is 103 degrees, every minute counts!!! We will definitely use this company again when needed.

Our water heater started leaking. Craig’s sent someone out the next day and he replaced the heater within a few hours. He did a great job and I really appreciated how fast they responded and got everything fixed.

The reviews are good for a reason! I highly recommend Craig’s. Got an estimate yesterday and they installed central air today. Bryan found some carbon monoxide issues and fixed them immediately for us in our equipment as well. Do not hesitate to use these guys— even better is that they’re local to Bountiful! They were the best service compared to Neering’s and Manwill. 10/10 recommend Craig’s.

Craigs was very professional and thorough. They took the time to cover all our options to help us make an informed decision on repair vs replacement. They were not pushy, but informative. This allowed us to make the best decision for us. I was impressed at their honesty and integrity. A real bonus was their fair and competitive pricing. I would highly recommend this company!

Gary and his colleague installed our new furnace and air conditioner yesterday. They came on time and finished early. I appreciated how they didn’t leave a mess. I’m confident in their work and the equipment they installed.
