Craigs installed a new A/C on the deck of my condo — just in time for the hot weather. It required some maneuvering for the wiring and copper tubing. I wasn’t satisfied with the way it looked and finally called Craig’s and asked them what they could do to make it more pleasing to look at. They sent their service tech, Gary, right out to check it. He is a true artist. When he was finished, it was perfect. I am so grateful to Craigs for their fast and tidy attention to my calls. Everything is working ok and looks fine. I’ve been with them for years and will continue to use their services.

Gary was awesome. He took the time to talk to me about a couple of things I could do to make my ac unit last longer and cool better. He was very polite and kind. He was knowledgeable about the service he was performing.

Baby it’s cold outside! But we were very cold inside, and Craig’s came to the rescue. Thank you for your great services. James was very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and professional. Our furnace was up and running with all necessary parts on the same day visit. We look forward to our Spring maintenance visit.

12/2/21- water tank expansion- This is the first time we have used Craig’s for a plumbing issue. The service was just as quick, curious & well priced. Jeremy was fantastic to work with. Thank you for such consistently great service!

2019- Furnace repair- Super fast response, great info about the repair person sent via text before they got here. Helpful and clear explanations of what they were checking & why. Great follow up the next day when the part came in. I could not be more satisfied. I 100% encourage everyone to use this company.

2021 Summer- Central Air Installation - We continue to receive outstanding service. They are fast, curious, enjoyable people who explain everything, answered tons of questions, and are respectful of my home. Craigs service are THE BEST all the way around.

Called to have a water heater replaced. Evan explained all my options and the pros and cons of each. On install day, Evan and Jeremy were on time, clean, and prompt. They left our utility room looking better than before the install. They ensured we were satisfied and even came out the next day to rectify an issue. Will definitely be using Craig's again for any future needs.

I took a chance on a door flyer, and have no regrets. James and Brayden replaced our inadequate townhouse furnace with a larger single stage Lennox, adding a bedroom vent for the additional airflow. A true work of art in pipe routing and fixing original problems. James and Gary installed a larger single stage Lennox AC, answered all my questions, and shared valuable experience. They were prompt, polite, clean, and professional. We will finally be warm in Winter and cool in Summer. And Craig's gave us a generous cash discount!

Brayden was professional, kind and respectful. He took the time to show and explain to us what was wrong, what needed to be done, and the pricing. He let us decide whether we wanted to proceed. He worked quickly and answered all of our questions. We were very pleased with his work.

We had a blockage in our main plumbing line. Jeremy came the very next day and got everything running smoothly. He was professional and informative about our issue. He even gave us advice on how to manage the issue moving forward and do preventative maintenance.
