Gary was my technician. He was wonderful. Very professional, on-time and quick with installation. Would recommend.

I’ve consistently been pleased with the services I receive from Craig’s. Today Elijah was especially helpful in his service and in answering my questions.

Just want to thank Gary and Evan from Craig’s Services for their work on our Air Conditioning system. They were great to work with. Throughout the process, they clearly explained the options and provided expert opinion to help us make decisions. Once we decided the best option, they performed efficiently and we’re very happy with the new A/C system they installed in our home.

Gary was very friendly and treated my house with respect. He was knowledgeable and did a thorough job checking my furnace. He informed me of products that Craig’s could provide to enhance the function of the furnace. It was a great visit.

We are impressed every time we use Craig's appliance service. The office staff are helpful and always friendly. We have a maintenance agreement, which is nice so we don't have to remember when it's time.

Gary came out late on Thanksgiving and got our furnace working.. He came within a half hour of my call and explained the different things going on and fixed the problem and also gave me some long term options to replace the furnace if it becomes necessary. I was so grateful someone would come at 9pm on Thanksgiving to help us out!

Our AC went out at the worst time. Craig's got an appointment for us quickly. From talking to the office staff who were super friendly and helpful, to working with JAMES.
JAMES was fantastic, professional knowledgable, answered all our questions and helped us decide what option was best for our home. This hands down has been the easiest company to work with! We will definitely be using Craig's for all our future heating and air-conditioning needs. 10/ 10 would highly recommend!!

Technician Josh was prompt, fixed the issue we were having, and found a couple other things that required attention! We did not have such good luck with the other guys my wife called. Nice to have heat again in my wood shop. Glad we found Craig's!
