AC was not cooling. BLR came out very quickly. They found that the system was frozen, so they set it up to thaw and they returned a couple of days later. Checked out the entire system and made sure everything was working properly. Excellent service at a very reasonable price. I will definitely use this company again.

They were prompt and did my installation quick and efficient. The equipment was placed neatly and perfectly in place. They cleaned up and left the work area professionally done. i would recommend them for any HVAC jobs.

I decided to use BLR from the recommendation of a friend to replace my AC compressor condenser and coil, not sure about pricing as I did not check other sources.
BLR did not disappoint, great communication from the start, everything went as planned and I received a high quality job.
I would recommend Byron for any HVAC work and will definitely request his help in the future.

Byron and his team installed a Daikin Fit heat pump and furnace system to replace our 30 year old A/C and furnace last October. During that install, I also found out he installs tankless water heaters, and had him replace our 15 year old tank water heater with a tankless unit a few weeks later.

While the water heater has been working flawlessly since installation, the Daikin Fit had a few issues. First, the Daikin system had some intermittent communication errors. Byron responded promptly and ran new communication wires between the indoor and outdoor units, at no cost (warranty). Then, the indoor blower fan was making a squeaking noise at certain fan speeds. Again, Byron responded quickly and solved that issue at no cost under warranty. The system has been running great since those two issues were solved, and we're very happy with how quiet and efficient it is. Our house has never been more comfortable!

Despite having a few issues with the Daikin Fit, I'm happy that Byron was quick to fix the problems, and stands behind the work he does. Some people would dock a star or two because of post-install problems, but I think it's more important that if a problem does occur, it gets solved quickly. I highly recommend Byron's team at B.L.R. if you're looking for a small local company for HVAC work, who will give you the more personal attention that larger companies won't.

I had a wonderful experience with BLR from the beginning to the end! I was nervous as this is my first issue I have had in a new house but they were Fast, affordable, and friendly.

Two people specifically:
-I was able to quickly relay back and forth the symptoms I was having with Annie and she was able to get me scheduled for the right service the next day!
-Stephen Cable clearly explained the process and then quickly made the repair. He was a a true professional with an incredible attitude and wizard like speed!
