Craig's Services

I'm very happy with the work I had done this morning. Brayden serviced our A/C and Howard and Troy did our plumbing inspection. They were on time, fast and efficient. They answered questions I didn't know I had and took the time to teach me the things I need to know. We've used Craig's for years! They're the best!

My service technician Evan has been amazing to work with on multiple projects. Hooking up exterior gas lines, repairing a water heater, and HVAC preventative maintenance are some of the jobs I hired Craig’s Services to do and have worked with him on all of them. I was especially impressed with Evan’s knowledge, follow up, and interest in troubleshooting our newish water heater that stopped working intermittently. He was able to get the water heater running and followed up multiple times directly to make sure everything was good.

I called Craig’s this morning when I noticed our water heater was leaking, and Gary was able to come over within just a couple of hours to inspect it. We were able to get it replaced the same day. Gary was very friendly and professional, and he did everything he could to help save us money on the replacement water heater. Gary, Brayden, and Kaleb went above and beyond what I expected and I’m glad we went with Craig’s.

The whole experience with Craig's Services was very professional from the time i made the initial call to the completion of the service. The technician Gary was very professional and polite through the process. I would recommend their services to everyone.

So grateful Jeremy and Gary were able to come fix a pipe leak so promptly. And they were able to have it repaired quickly. The repair ended up being cheaper than I thought. We’ve had Jeremy come fix some other plumbing issues and he does great work!

I've always had great experiences with Craig's. The employees are wonderful. Gary was very helpful and was great about explaining all of my options.

We came home from being out of town and our home was over 90 degrees inside. Craigs service was the first place we called as our neighbors had just used them. The person that answered said they would have a service person to our home in about 30 minutes. James arrived shortly after. He was professional and knowledgeable. With the age of our home the best option was to replace our AC and furnace. James clearly explained our options and helped us decide what was best for our home and budget. The next morning James came back and the furnace was Installed. Due to needing to order our AC unit they installed a temporary unit that day to keep our home cool. One week later they came back and installed our new AC unit. Let’s just say it works great and keeps our home cool. Prior to leaving James ensured all of our questions were answered. There were even follow up calls to make sure we were doing good. We would highly recommend Craig’s service based on our experience. Our home is cool again and we have the peace of mind we will be good for years to come. Thanks to Craig’s and James for their great service!!

Have been good in the past but I don’t know what happened. They installed a new system last year, it’s not working, and now they won’t even come and look at it. Got the following message from Bryan the owner-

“Hey sorry, we just started a 46 unit apartment complex that’s on a tight timeline installing new A/cs and heaters. We are at least 3 months out. If you need someone sooner you will have to call someone else. Thanks”.

So that’s what their customer service looks like folks.

It was a long day for these busy men in our house! They installed a new furnace and thermostat, air conditioner, tankless water heater and humidifier, (!) and did it all with smiles and professionalism. Thank you, too, to Jacquelyn in the office, who walked us through everything and even helped us get our earned rebates. You Rock! Thank you Craig's! We are your fans. Shout Out to Gary, Spencer, Evan, and James!

Gary & Josh & Team were all awesome. These guys know their business. Excellent communication. Saved our Christmas holiday.
