Jeremy and James were prompt to be here early and super friendly. They explained everything and worked quickly. I ended up with a new water heater after mine went out, and after getting several quotes, I chose this company because they were better priced and offered a guarantee. They cleaned up the look of my pipes during the install, making it look great. I would definitely recommend them! year later... James is back to do a flush of my water heater. He was early and quick to get it done. I would still highly recommend this place.

Luke, Tailor , Spence and Tyler were involved in finding and installing the perfect furnace for my home. They came at the appointed time, worked quickly and precisely. My old heater was dismantled and the new one installed. After two and a half hours everything was ready, the new furnace tested and everything was fine. Thank you guys. Oh, and they had cleaned up.

Called Craig’s Service with furnace issues. They were able to fit me in next day. Received a call back, they could come same day. Had to order a part, came back next day to install. Great customer service, friendly. and very very reasonable. They made a customer for life. I appreciate Gary and James being so professional.

Great negotiation for a new furnace and AC unit. Gary did a great job during the installation and answered a lot of my questions.
A few months later I called for a maintenance issue I was having, so Gary came out same day I called, and troubleshot the problem quickly.

I’m thrilled shocked and marveled at the quality of work I have received. I had an experience with a Google owned company on a holiday. I called. Received a call back and scheduled an appointment to replace a 3 yr old thermostat. They have my business for life.

We had a new tankless water heater and water softener installed by Gary and his team. They were awesome! Stayed in touch and let me know when they’d be there and for how long. They kept me informed all along the way, and even stayed a little late to wrap everything up all in one day! I will definitely use them for any future needs.
