Craig's Services

I have used Craig's for a number of years and will continue to use Craig's. Setting up the appointment was easy. Gary Gines called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived during the scheduled time, was professional and explained what he was doing.

Our hvac went out the week of my daughter's wedding. They were fast and I was impressed with the professionalism and how responsive they were to
our calls. This year,my mom's air went out during the several days of over 100°. She called Craig's when another company quoted her $9500. Craigs Services quoted $6800, for the same product, and were there the next day to install. We are both very happy with our hvac and our experience with Craig's Services.

Evan was friendly and yet very professional. He was honest and let us know that our air conditioner is 16 years old but is still working. We may be needing a new one in the near future.

Worked with a team of Brayden, Gary, Spencer and Ethan on installing our new A/C and Furnace. They were incredibly timely and professional. With the summer heat just about to start I was grateful they got me in so quick!

Troy was helpful by explaining the steps he was taking while replacing an old hose bib that had split out. He also provided helpful tips on how to prevent future occurrences, and he even pointed out some additional considerations for our over-40-year-old home with copper plumbing. I'd request his help on future plumbing needs.

Wanted to charge me $435 to add 1lb of 410a to my system. September 2020 they charged me $189, all in (again for 1lb). Angie's list says you'll pay about $260 on average today for a 410a recharge. Unfortunately everyone must be their own advocates lately, do your research, don't be duped. I won't be using Craig's Services again. Disappointing, thought I'd found a local business to support and recommend.

We needed a new furnace and A/C (both were 26 years old and on their last leg). Craig’s was quick to respond to a bid request (they came by the same day we called, and we called late in the day!).

The bid they gave us was cheaper than the other bids while at the same time it also provided a larger BTU furnace with a higher efficiency rating and an A/C with a higher SEER rating than the competitors bid.

They also gave us multiple options for systems to install, all of which were cheaper than the competitors. They were even able to install the entire system the following day! We will definitely be using Craig’s again for any future needs!

Evan from Craig's Services came within a day of us calling! He knew exactly what the problem with our air conditioner was, and fixed it in record time! Evan was professional and honest. I will only be using Craig's in the future! Thanks, Evan!!

Craig’s Services has always treated us well. We've been a customer for over 10 years and have no reason to use another heating and air service provider. Most recently, Craig's came out to service our furnace. They offered a fair price and came to our house the very next day. I called another service provider for pricing and felt like they were going to take me, like some auto mechanics have done. Try to up sell me on something I don't need and find a "problem" that doesn't really need to be fixed just to charge more.

Craig's is upfront and honest. They completed the work in a timely manner and did a great job. I highly recommend Craig's!

Craig’s Services is hands down the best in the business. Their customer service is professional, timely, and helpful. They pay attention to detail and have a remarkable in home courtesy, which is hard to come by these days. They have resolved my heating and cooling issues and questions for many years and I would never consider using anyone else. Thank you Craig’s for making the customer feel important.
