Craig's Services

I have had Jayden at Craig's Services taking care of air conditioning and heating for my home for the past eight years. He always calls before he arrives for an appointment and he is very friendly and personable. He also does a great job of informing me of the status of my a/c or heating system. I highly recommend Jayden and Craig's Services.

We had a large leak in our basement that no one was able to figure out. Howard and Troy from Craig’s services came out and tested every possibility they could think of! They were so thorough but very respectful of my house as well. They didn’t just start cutting random holes hoping to find the answer. They meticulously checked and rechecked and found out where our leak was coming from! They then fixed it up as well as added an extra little preventive measure to another area that might have become problematic in the future. I was so happy with their services and will definitely be using them again!!

We had Craig’s come out after we installed our own thermostat and it wasn’t working correctly. The technicians were nice but they were just there to sell us an AC. Which had nothing to do with what we needed. After seeing the project they quoted us an insane price ($900-$1300) to replace a wire (which took my husband 2 hours and $20 at Lowe’s to replace) and they charged us $80!!! Just to come out and try and sell us something and do nothing for us. Will not call them again for future repairs.

We rely and trust this company! Brayden and Gary were so polite and professional and they fixed our heater quickly. We would recommend their services to anyone we know!

Craig's Services is great. We've had them out to check up and fix our AC unit, furnace and water heater before. Make sure to ask about their Elite Membership. Of all places I've called they've been the best at coming out in a timely manner and getting things done. When our AC needed to be repaired or replaced they were great at laying out all the options and not being pushy. Very professional and respectful technicians that do a great job.
When I called Any Hour services they had a great deal on an AC tune up but the earliest they could schedule us was three months out! I've used Any Hour services in the past and they are great too but for the Bountiful region Craig's services seem to be a lot quicker response and availability rate. When I called Craig's services they were able to come out the next day, as opposed to three months out.

Gary was kind and professional. While doing a check up on my furnace, he thankfully spotted an unrelated plumbing issue. He provided me with much helpful information and answered all my questions.

The first snow of the year coincided with our 30 year old furnace giving up the ghost. Never a thrill in the run up to the Holidays. We contacted Craigs and spoke with Jackie who took care of getting our service rep out as soon as she could. Evan arrived the next morning gave excellent advice, explained what had happened to our furnace and presented us with all our options. He included everything in the cost of the project and why and created trust through knowledge. We completely recommend Craig's and are looking forward to central heat again

When our a/c quit during the hottest week of the year James came and helped us find and fix the problem. He was nice and fast and explained everything well. He even let us text him questions afterward. It’s worked great the rest of this summer.

I have used Craig’s Services many times over the years for replacing and servicing my furnace and AC. I trust them and I was so grateful to realize they also do plumbing when I recently had some plumbing issues in my home.
Jeremy has been so great to come and make suggestions in what would be best in making sure I don’t have more plumbing issues to worry about. It’s always good to know I have people who not only do excellent work, but to also have people that I can trust in my home.

We have used craigs several times for different reasons. Gary is very attentive thorough and knows what he is doing and we appreciate that. Also, he is very friendly and that is really nice.
