Gary Gines and his team did a great job of installing a tankless water heater and also soft water. The products are high quality but Gary and his team are the highest quality. I would highly recommend Craig's service for any type of work.

I have used them multiple times and they have been responsive and helped all my needs. Bryan has always been great explaining and giving options with great pricing. His crew James, Ethan, Gary and Howard worked great as a team on my new installs and kept me in the loop on everything they were doing. Definitely recommend this company!

My daughter arranged for Craig's service to check my AC unit and tune it up if necessary. Brayden came promptly and was well mannered and courteous. He was efficient and seemed very knowledgeable. He left with the AC working and gave me the option to prepay for a furnace tune-up in the fall which saved me a bit of money. I appreciated the service and would recommend them to anyone.

My entire HVAC unit died recently and so I called around. Most places couldn’t come out for a few days, but Craig’s had an opening the same day from a cancelation. Gary came and did his best to get it running, but it was obvious that we needed to replace the 22 year old system. Gary, Luke and James came and did the install just a couple days later and were very efficient in getting it all done. The best part was that they left the place better than when they arrived! Very impressed with Craig’s Services. They are the best around! Thanks Gary, Luke and James, you are the A-Team!

Gary and Brayden were phenomenal. They diagnosed our ac problem quickly, and offered us some choices for the future, as our ac and furnace is very old! We truly appreciated that they were kind and allowed us to make the decisions that worked best for us! They answered all of our questions and we truly enjoyed their friendliness! We had a good laugh about the yard sign and we are happy to display a wonderful company in our front yard! Thank you for all your help, it’s chilly in our home, just like we like it!

Our AC stopped working on Wednesday evening. Brayden came on Thursday and on Friday we had the entire Craig's Services team installing our new AC and Furnace units. Brayden, Gary, Spencer, Luke, Evan, and Howard did an amazing job for us. They were professional, friendly, respectful and they gave great customer service. My husband and I had picked up sandbags from the city and Gary and Howard helped us unload the sandbags and put them in our back yard. They really went the extra mile all the way around. We are so happy we went with Carig's Services and will definitely use them again and again.

James and Caleb arrived even earlier than scheduled. Were friendly and courteous as they proceeded to check my AC which was not working at the time They performed a diagnostic check on all areas to determine what was needed to get the AC back in service. They were thorough and got my system up and running very quickly. Would definitely use their expertise again.
