Perform Heating and Cooling

The whole process was very easy. Their prices are fair (not super cheap but definitely not gouging like some others). The technicians were on time and very friendly. They did a very thorough is tall, identifying numerous small issues that were not in their requirements, but they fixed them for us anyway. Time will tell how the unit lasts, but I'm very happy with Perform so far.

I called because our furnace stopped working and it was single digit temperatures outside. Spencer, on the phone, was very responsive, and then Kris came to our home right away. He was very personable, professional, and informative, and did a great job in analyzing the problem and fixing it. He answered all of my questions, including with a phone call after he left. I'm truly impressed. They did a great job; truly living up to their motto of "Fast, Affordable Service. With a Smile." I'll definitely will be using this company again.

They are so amazing!! They came in and tuned up our Furnace for way cheaper than other companies tried to charge us and didn't try to tell us we needed to replace our furnace. They also cleaned our Furnace for us and made sure that it was running properly before they left. They are super nice and really good and exspirenced with what they do!!

Kris was great. He came to my shop within 1 day of calling to set the appt, and fixed all 3 of my furnaces. He was punctual, communicated great, and was more than fair on the price! Great experience!!

I was referred to Perform Heating and Cooling by our plumber. I was very impressed with their service and installation. Ken worked with us on finding the right system for our needs. Matt was very helpful in explaining how the newly installed units worked and how to change our filter. The guys are very professional and clean workers. Happy with our new furnace and ac. We previously had a big name company come out to diagnose a problem with our furnace. They told us to replace the entire unit. We got Perform out, who diagnosed and fixed the issue for $100. He also told us that if we were to replace through them, it would be half of what big name company quoted us. This company saved us a stupid amount of money, and I intend to use them for future hvac needs.

I called out a company because my AC quit working. They told me I needed a whole new system for $12,000-$14,000. I decided to get a second opinion and called perform. Ken told me a new system would be $7800. That’s a $4000 savings. Then it ended up just to be my capacitor which was $240. I am always going to call perform from here on out. They are honest and do a great job! What a fabulous company!

Perform is an excellent company. The only company i could get a same day appointment with when my ac broke down on a 105 degree day. Ken was great to work with. He was on time, knowledgeable, considerate. He didn't try to upsell or convince me to buy a whole new system when i needed a simple capacitor replacement. I am very happy with his service and would whole heartedly recommend Perform to my family or friends. Thanks, Ken.
