Ken the owner came and replaced a bad capacitor and checked my freon. His price was very fair and was very honest about my air conditioner unit. He got to the problem and didn’t try to talk me into doing more work than necessary. In my opinion is 5 star service. Thank you so much Ken and Kody

My furnace went out a few days after I moved into my new home. Since I work remotely and the temps outside are approaching 100 degrees I was prepared to have to sweat it out for several days while I waited for my system to get replaced. I called Ken's team at 530pm in the evening and they came out the next morning to install a new unit.

I can't thank this team enough for their prompt service, help and support! I highly recommend using them for your HVAC needs!

The technician, Trevor, was right on time. I was impressed with his clean, nice looking appearance. He was also wearing a mask and keeping a safe distance which was very much appreciated.
He replaced the filter and took the time to give me a quick, understandable lesson of the workings of the furnace and what he did to make sure it would run smoothly and keep us warm throughout the winter.
I am going to recommend Trevor from perform heating and cooling to all my friends and family.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Ken has been our "furnace whisperer" for over a decade now! He is truly the best!! We called him at 7am, after a pretty cold night, and he had us up and running by 10:30am! Honest work at a fair price and the best customer services you could ask for.

Ken, Matt and Chris are super nice and they got us a new heater ASAP just before the New Year. Before our old heater died they went the extra mile to fix problems other service people had missed. I have had Ken install furnaces in two separate houses. He and his team have always been available, on time, responsive, professional and competitive. I would highly recommend them to do any work that you may need.

When I was with a Housing agency, I did business with Ken all the time. He was my HVAC guy of choice. The work was always first rate and reasonably priced. Never had him try to sell me anything extra, never had to call him back to fix anything. There were no mistakes.
In any event where I gave someone his number for work they needed to have done, he has never tried to scare anyone into doing unnecessary work, nor has he ripped anyone off. He's one of the best people I have ever met.
When I personally bought a run down house, I called him to do the HVAC work that was needed. He did a nice job.
In case you're wondering, I have never had lunch with him, I don't know where he lives and I paid in full for any work he ever did for me personally.
Prior to today, it had been 5 years since I've seen him. I had a furnace problem. Who to call? Never any question who I would call.
