Kris was my service guy and he went above and beyond! my furnace is 26 years old and he did what he had to do to keep it going in good order and he didn’t leave until he felt like everything was to his satisfaction. That means a lot to a customer. I will call him again.
He even checked to make sure the thermostat was working and had fresh batteries in it. Can’t say enough about this technician!

I have been using Ken's services for years and have always been happy. I'll never switch to another company. The first time I met him was when I had another company come out and misdiagnose an issue with my furnace. He saved me big money on that. I've had him replace my furnace and add a new a/c at reasonable prices. He's had experience with old homes like mine so can make adaptations without trying to replace everything. He's honest and really knows his trade. You can't get better than that in this business.

When our furnace went out a few nights ago, we couldn't sleep thinking how long it might take to get repaired and replaced with the current supply chain issues.

Fortunately, we called Perform first thing the next morning around 8:30 and they were already to our home by 9:30. After determining that our furnace would be better to replace than repair, they were able to get it installed that day by 4 pm. This was a huge relief for our family and it was amazingly fast.

Ken (the owner) came out himself, and he was a pleasure to work with. He remember my name and my husband's name, played with our dog, and let our son show him his toy cars. Ken also followed up after install to ensure everything was working well and help us apply for an energy rebate.

We also thought the cost was a lot better than we expected it to be and always want to support local small businesses.

Will definitely be calling this team if we have further HVAC needs.

They did some maintenance and repair and gave us a great quote for a new AC. Received the quote Monday and it was installed Wednesday. An honest, fair, great company and they responded quickly. Definitely our new HVAC guys.
