Best service you can get. My furnace went out, I called Perform at around 9 in the morning and even though they were busy on a Saturday, Ken was at my home by 11:30. Had my heat back on within the hour. So happy with the service and you can't beat their rates.Thank you for your awesomeness!!!

My AC was not turning on. I reported the issue late at night and they were at my house in the morning. Quick response! They explained the actions they were taking and answered my questions as needed. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They ended up replacing the thermostat, showed me how to use it, and checked for heat as well so I was set for winter too! We worked with Ken at perform heating and cooling last fall after another company told us we had a leak, shut of our heater and gave us a crazy price for a new heater. Ken came in and did the job for less and did a great job.
We used perform again this spring when we needed two air conditioners. We have been wanting AC for years, and perform got us a great product at a price we could afford. I don’t have to dread the thought of late July with a swamp cooler.
I will use Perform Heating and Cooling for all my HVAC needs. It’s nice to have someone I feel I can trust.

3 PM on a Friday afternoon I received a call from my wife telling me the heater gone out. I live in Bountiful, Utah and the temperature outside was about 35ﾟ degrees. Called the heating and air company I'd use before and they could not get out until the next day and were going to charge me an "after hour visit" which basically come down to $200 just to knock on the door. I found Matt with Perform Heating and Cooling. Not only did he inform me that a service rep would be there within an hour he also walked me through some things to check while I was on the phone. To make a long story short he helped me find a breaker that had been tripped, I reset the breaker, now no longer needed the service rep.. The prices he quoted me for the inspection and service were 30 to 40% less than other companies. I'm sold.
