I called Express Home Service and received amazing service from the start. The technician showed up on time and was very professional. More than that, he was honest, he didn’t try and up-sell me on things I did not need. I contacted several contractors that tried to price gauge me and never showed up to do the work. I was very surprised to find that ethics and integrity are still out there. This is my go to company.

Kevin Curtis was very knowledgeable and friendly. I don’t think I’ve ever met someone more professional. He left such an impression, I want to be friends with him!

I had a persistent drain clog in the kitchen sink. Daniel Lawson came out, gave me a fair price, and got it cleared within about 20 minutes. Gave me some fantastic information to help me out in the future, and even took care of another easy fix issue for me. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and over all very satisfied with his work. Would highly recommend him to your plumbing needs. Thank you Daniel.

Joey Wilson did an outstanding job installing our new chandelier. It was a long tedious job but he was professional and upbeat about the installation the entire time. I will definitely be calling him again for all of my electrical needs.

Update on fireplace repair. Turns out we had the wrong gas valve installed. Kristen came out and contacted the manufacturer. We had a new one installed and it’s been working fine. Kristen is amazing! She followed through to make sure we were satisfied. She cares about her customers and is a great asset to this company.

I've had Express Home Services out for both plumbing and hvac and they have been great to work with. Very professional, responsive, and understanding. They saved the day by quickly replacing an AC for me when it went out over the hot summer, and have been amazing on coming out to inspect other issues in my house. I will continue to use them going forward.

We were able to schedule a Monday morning appointment over the weekend for some light fixture/electrical work. We were pleased with the services of electrician Joey Wilson and would definitely want to consult with him again for any future electrical issues in our home.

Kevin was really great. Friendly and personable, and was thorough in our maintenance. He was also honest and straightforward about which potential maintenance fixes were not necessary now, and which ones were more of a priority instead of just pressuring us to fix everything we possibly could. When I had a plumbing issue, he got here extremely quickly, and had the issue resolved quickly. I’ll request him for future maintenance and fixes!

I am disappointed in myself for not requesting service from this company prior. I had an appointment set for a competitor yesterday between 12 and 5. After 6 pm received a call that the electrician was more than an hour away. No big deal. However he seemed to say everything possible to encourage us to call back the next day for a new appointment. This included additional emergency fees if we arill wanted him to come out. The trust was no longer there. This allowed me to find this amazing company.

I scheduled a request right on Google. Confirmed they received it with a very friendly staff. Was told someone would be out the next day. Had no idea it was at the start of the day, less than 12 hours later. Joey called when he was twenty minutes out and arrived ready to go. The service he provided was amazing. Provided great information and insight for someone who is clueless. He resolved the issue quickly. After discussing some electrical plans, he provided an estimate without an ounce of pressure to make any decisions right then.

I am happy the other company flaked. Really appreciate the service I had received and the quality. Not to mention the costs are much more reasonable.

Today Joey Wilson came and replaced an outside electrical socket which was not working. He was professional and diagnosed and fixed the problem in no time at all! I am very pleased with his work and would give him 10 Stars if I could.

Jeff and Reed did great replacing our water heater. Our old one was in a tight space and we appreciated the extra time they spent making sure everything was right. Professional and dedicated techs plus amazing value!
