Jason was great to work with during the estimate process. Once a decision was made, the installation team was scheduled; fortunately, for us we made the decision in Friday afternoon and the installation team showed up Monday morning ready to get to work.
Danny, Bryan, and James worked hard and they were able to get the new furnace and air conditioner installed in one day!
I would recommend Humphrey Plumbing and Heating without hesitation.

I was very happy with the service provided. They were able to come out in just a few days after I called. My fireplace pilot light was not lighting and Matthew was able to diagnose the problem and get it running so I can enjoy it and not have to wait until January to get someone from the other place I called out to look at it.

We were having issues with one of our A/C units and David Lloyd came out to our house and was super friendly & professional. He was very patient and explained to me how things worked and walked me through what he was looking for to diagnose the problem. He did a fantastic job and I have always been impressed with the guys Humphrey's sends out when we have issues. I would highly recommend David Lloyd for any heating and cooling issues as well as Humphrey's as a whole. :)

This technician RJ was not upfront or honest with us during a service call. Elliot in dispatch hung up on me twice while I was attempting to rectify the error their technician made. The manager
Jeremy was very nice and made an effort to understand my frustrations as a customer, but in the end said that I should find a different company to do business with. Some things just can not be unsaid. I have used this company for years, but it seems them changing from Humphreys to being apart of Express Home Services has made unfortunate changes to their company culture and code of ethics. We will take the managers advice and find another company in the Bountiful area to provide us with service for our electrical, hvac, sewer, etc. needs going forward.

Jason H. was great! Super nice and helpful, I barely knew he was here! He easily diagnosed the issue with my furnace and gave it a tune up before leaving. Because we rent our townhome, we are not in charge of the heating and air company our property management company chooses to carry out work orders when things need fixing in our home. This being said—I will make sure to put in a request for Humphrey’s next time we have a heating/air/plumbing need!

Quoted me $15,000 for a re-pipe of a very small manufactured home, with all of the pipes in one area. And the subfloor was already removed so access would be easier. Got quotes elsewhere for less than $4,000. Absolute scammers.

I highly recommend this company. Dave did an amazing job. Along the way he even taught me about my plumbing. He went out of the way to mark my main line, I didn’t know where it was, and marked the shut of valve for my refrigerator water as well. Even with all of the questions I had and knowledge he shared with me he still managed to get the job done quickly. I trust Dave to get the job done right and if any problems arise in the future I’ll ask for him specifically. He is an amazing technician and does awesome work.

Jason was the technician who replaced our cooling unit. Jason worked from early morning until 9:00 p.m. to make sure we did not have to go another August night without air conditioning. Humphrey’s came out to our house yet he same day we called for service. The office staff have been great to work with. I would definitely recommend Jason for any air conditioning installation job...great work!

When my A/C failed, I knew it was aging and probably needed to be replaced. Humphrey Heating and Cooling was able to send a representative the next day to provide an estimate for repair/replacement. Chad arrived on-time for our appointment and discussed a couple of options up-front. I also obtained estimates from two other companies that week. The competitors were not as responsive as Chad who was prompt to call me back to answer my follow-up questions. Ultimately Humphrey’s replaced both my A/C and Furnace over a two-day period. Their crew arrived on-time the scheduled day of replacement and they took care in laying down drop-cloths to ensure nothing was tracked in on the carpets. They cleaned up after themselves so that everything looked the same when they left as when they arrived. Jason came back on day 2 to finish everything up and literally worked his arse off to complete the install by himself. Although he had to cut out some sheet rock to run additional electrical wiring outside, he gave me a subcontractor referral to repair it which worked out great. I highly recommend Humphrey's based on the excellent job.

Our AC went out during a national heatwave, on a weekend, anyone's worst nightmare. Unless you call Humphrey's! They were able to get someone scheduled during a time that worked best for us and the repairs were done (David Lloyd) on time, professionally, and cost effectively. David was very courteous and efficient getting us cooling the house down quickly, he was also very patient with homeowners who were very hot and tired. We are very glad to have Humphrey's at the top of our list for repair calls!
