I had an appointment scheduled to have a 230V outlet installed to charge my electric car with the mobile connector. Unfortunately, the installer was late (not to late) and I was quoted a little more than double of what someone else was going to charge. I was pressed on time which is the only reason I accept the quote. The installer did a good job and he was professional and easy to work with. The only reason for the 4 stars is due to unreasonable pricing.

Bradley Varner was professional and courteous, knew what he was doing. He is first tech that has fixed our problem after the air conditioning was put in a year and a half ago. Even our dog Teddy liked him, which is saying a lot. The first tech to win Teddy's heart.

Bradley came over to check out a weird noise coming from my furnace. He knew exactly how to fix it! Didn’t try to sell me a new furnace. Three screws was all it took! Very honest. Highly recommend them!!

Joey added an additional panel for us. Did a great job and now have peace of mind that we have our electrical panels set up in a much safer setup and expandable as needed. Very pleased with the work that was done.

Technician was nice and professional. Their appointments are not convenient. They don't give you a window of time, so it's very hard to do anything on the day they are supposed to come. It 6 pm and I'm still waiting for someone to show up! Do you go to a Dr appointment, grocery shopping, workout class? Maybe, but you might miss their call! My follow up appointment should be about 15 minute adjustment. It's ridiculous!

Update on 2/5/23
After 2, maybe 3 no shows, Kristen came out with new part and was able to adjust the flame down so it wasn't hitting the top panel. The gas valve doesn't adjust the flame up or down. She was very apologetic about our problems getting someone out and did what she could to fix it. This morning we turned on, after 15 minutes it shut off, along with pilot light that we can't get back on. We now have the exact same problem that we had before we hired them!

Kristen came out, thinks there is a manufacturer problem with the valve. She has contacted them and will be back in touch. She is very professional and courteous. She is trying her best to fix our problem.

Jeremy helped me with a new kitchen sink installation. He was very helpful and professional with his explanations during the whole process, and had minimal wear to my current counters as well. There was a bit of a miscommunication at the very start, but it was handled quickly with minimal delay. I appreciated his professionalism and if another installation/repair need arises, I will be using their services again.

Previously Jeremy has done plumbing work at my house. It was good work and I signed up for their annual membership, which entitles me to "free" inspections of my HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.

Yesterday Jeff was at my house to inspect my furnace. He found a capacitor that was not working properly and fixed it. The labor time was less than 20 minutes. Total cost for the repair was $215 dollars for the part and the installation. Later I googled the part and it runs about $15 dollars. So I effectively paid $200 for 20 minutes of labor. When I spoke to Bryce today and asked why I was charged so much, he gave me a crazy answer about how they have to charge to "make sure it is the correct part" and some other complete B.S. No offer for a refund or to make it right with me.

The bottom line is I no longer can trust this company. They are just trying to make a quick buck. They had all of my business, but now they will have none of it. Membership cancelled and they won't step foot in my house again.

Had a problem as soon as I turned on the heat. Jeff A. arrived on time (A plus in my book) and I gave him the rundown and told him I was worried it was time to replace the furnace but financially it was a terrible time. He got to work and within the hour had my house heating up and presented me with a bill for less than 300. I'm so used to being sales preassured when any services come out but Jeff gave me options and didn't bat an eye when I chose repair out of necessity. Great service, great price and great company. I'm sticking with them for sure!! I don't know if Jeff will see this but if so THANK YOU!!!!

Great company and very professional from the beginning. I worked with Jeremy and he was very responsive. I received a few quotes and Express Home Services was the best one I received. As I did more research, I realized they were using top end Condenser and furnace to replace my old unit. Everything about them was great from the beginning. If you are in the market for replace old HVAC system be sure you include Express Home Services in the process. You can't go wrong!

We wanted to use their services to get a gas fireplace repaired and they had the quickest arrival time. However, the day of the repair, they cancelled at the last minute. I had taken time off work to be at home for the repair. I did reschedule as they still had the quickest repair time. Again, they cancelled at the last minute. This time the reason was they had lost a technician. Again, I rescheduled. Again, last minute, they canceled. On the message they told me they had a tech who took some unexpected vacation time. When I called they told me the technician was sick. Different stories had me a little worried, but I rescheduled again but only after they guaranteed that they would have someone to my home. Would it surprise you they canceled again?

Do yourself a favor, don’t even bother with Express Home Services. Their name is an oxymoron, there is nothing “express” about them. It appears the only thing they are express with is excuses.
