Nobody wants to discover a leaking water heater, especially late at night. First thing the following morning I contacted Humphrey’s inquiring about an estimate. Every representative we spoke to throughout the process was informative, respectful, patient and professional. We were extremely impressed with their timeliness and efficiency. They went the extra mile to fit us into their busy schedule – we had a new, fully installed water heater within a few hours of our initial contact. James was an awesome guy! Thank you for providing such great customer service! More companies should adopt this attitude towards customer service.

We had a sewer pump break which turned into quite the emergency. Express Home Services answered my call and got me taken care of quickly and exactly what I needed. Tyler did a great job keeping me informed and doing the job right. These guys are the best!

Great service and people. Called late in the afternoon, they dispatched somebody that showed up within the hour. Jeff was friendly, knowledgeable, and got my AC working. He warranteed the part, and had no problem explaining what he did. I'll continue to use them.

The tech did a great job but the office/billing person however left much to be desired. I had my service on a Friday afternoon and they said they’d call for payment Monday. I had 9 missed calls and 2 voicemails within an hour span Monday morning. The price was more than expected as well. Not exactly how I’d treat a returning customer. If you have another option, go with that one.

Express Home Services is the best!!

KC installed a new gas line for our gas dryer. That went OK, but in doing installation the gas water heater got turned off, and this was not realized and fixed until after he left. He walked me through the process of bleeding air from the water heater gas line and reigniting the heater, but I was not all that comfortable in unscrewing and retightening gas lines when so much emphasis is placed on having professionals check for and ensure that there are no leaks.
Updated 4/18/22: After city inspection and repairs, project is completed to our satisfaction. Elliott at Express Home Services was diligent and persistent in securing required permit and inspection, and KC completed corrections from inspection.

This company was very quick to respond to our request and Troy Moon was excellent at the repair. He also explained the process thoroughly, cleaned up the work area and made sure we were satisfied with his work.

We had a loud high pitched noise coming from our kids shower anytime it was on that could be heard through the entire house. Jeremy came and quickly identified the problem and not only fixed it but also improved our low water pressure. Very happy with Jeremy and his work!
