Pond's Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning

I have used ponds for years. They are honest and the service has always been amazing. I trust them for all my needs. I just got my maintenance tune up. Doing all the preventative care. They are awesome!

Ponds has been great in the past. This service we were given a 9-11 arrival time, my wife waited until 11:30 and then had to leave for other appointments. I called the office and informed them of the situation and we would leave the door unlocked for the technician. When my wife returned the front door was left open. This was a little disappointing, we have never had issues like this before. I will continue to use Ponds but this was just a little unsettling.

I had this company install a Moen flo. They showed with two techs and charged me for both even though only one tech was working. I had them move the water main line about 2ft. I left them to work but got concerned when a faucet I had left on was still producing water. I walked downstairs and saw two techs chatting with the pipe cutter about to be used on the main. They had not completely closed the water main. After installation they failed to check their work and either damaged the pressure reducing valve or didn't take 5 mins to check the pressure. They then rushed off while I had a work call and failed to inform us on the cost. The moen immediately notified me about the pressure error and so I had them back to try and adjust. At that appointment they failed to bring the tester with them. The "new" part they brought immediately failed. They then charged me for another new part and the labor to unscrew and screw it in place. This whole diabolical cost me about $2000 . I seriously recommend not working with this company and if you do, make sure they do not up charge you. The tech did not show a bill to my girlfriend and instead just zoomed his phone with the signature pad full screen. Same thing happened on the second visit, though obviously they communicated more given that time. Oh they did give me , a discount on the replacement part, still marked up higher then amazon but discount.

Alex and Willey were just amazing. They called before they arrived. They were so respectful and knowledgeable. Their personalities were so engaging. They went the extra mile for us and we would be happy to refer them to anyone. Thank you

We were happy to have Steve Snowball come this evening to unplug our toilet. He showed us ways we could try to unplug the toilet ourselves. But when that didn't work he came himself in a timely manner. His work was well done and he talked to us about what was happening all the way. As we visited with Steve he shared with us some fun things about his dogs. I had ask him to tell us about them and were happy that he did. It was a pleasant evening all the way around.

We cannot say enough great things about the professionalism, knowledge, skill and courtesy that we experienced from Tim and Jeff from Pond’s lol Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning, who diagnosed two furnaces in our home that were non-functioning. They left no stone unturned with regard to examining, determining and remedying the issues with both furnaces. We appreciate Tim’s consideration in taking the time to explain the situation to us layman’s terms so we can make an informed decision about repairing or replacing of one of the units. The problem with our other furnace was solved by a creative fix that didn’t even require a part replacement. We highly recommend the Ponds team to anyone.

Pond's plumbers are such good guys. Luke knows his business and handles it perfectly. Really appreciate the way he did the repair and got me back to my job. I dont use anyone else.

We brought Ponds Plumbing in for 2nd opinion on a pretty serious boiler situation. A different company had quoted $3,800 -$22,000 to fix the problem, providing 2 solutions. Ponds found a different way to fix the same problem costing less than $200 while maintaining the highest level safety standards. We now know we will eventually need to replace the boiler, but Ponds gave us a few years to save for it, while keeping us warm and safe from carbon monoxide in the process. I cannot thank Ponds Plumbing enough! So much gratitude.
