Tim was great to work with. He was punctual and diagnosed the problem quickly. He explained what was happening and discussed some options on how to address the problem. He seemed very knowledge
able. Would definitely choose Ponds again and will request Tim as service provider.

I had an emergency after hours and Steve was quick to come out and create a temporary solution to a problem in my 100+ year old house. He was extremely helpful and worked with me to fix the problem so I could turn the water back on to the rest of my house. The following week Tim installed a new water heater. He clearly explained all the work that would be done and answered all my questions. He and his assistant took extra care to make sure everything was up to code and safe with the challenges of my old house.

I have Jake from Ponds come out and give our AC a tune-up and refresh,.He was very attentive and listened well. He also gave us some great advice about how to maximize our AC efficiency. I found him very personable and he even remembered my wife well fro last years visit. .I was impressed by his work and his friendliness.

Arrived as scheduled. Solved the problem in the most efficient manner. Friendly and professional.

Pond's has always done quality work at a reasonable price. Brian and his apprentice were very professional and did a great job installing the ventilation for my hood. They took great care with all my new kitchen cabinets, flooring and countertops. They also left the work area spotless.

Juan and Dmitri were amazing!! Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. They went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with their service. I highly recommended Pond’s plumbing and I was very impressed that the owner stopped by everyday they were working in my home to communicate with his guys and with us to make sure everyone was on the same page, and a massive thanks to Ralph and all the guys that came to help get our job done. What a relief and it looks beautiful!

John with Ponds Plumbing came out and fixed several HVAV install problems left by a competitor company.

Called due to a leak with our radiant heat. The technician didn't do anything we hadn't already done. He claimed what we had done was all that needed to be done to prevent the leak from reoccurring. Sure enough I ended up with the same leaking problem 8 hours after they left. At that point I called and spoke with the technician on the phone. He then quoted me an additional $1000 to fix the problem (mind you I already paid $200 for his first visit). When I told him that seemed extreme and I would be getting other bids his price miraculously dropped to $260. For reference every other bid I've received has come in between $135-200.
It seems to me that he thought I would simply agree and accept his bid due to the fact that I was desperate and he could exploit me for what he thought I would be willing to pay.

***Update- Service manager called. He understood the concern and did what he could to make it right. He sent his technician John out and had the problem solved at an agreed upon price that fell in the middle of other bids I received. The problem does seem to be resolved, the work was done well, and the price remained at what was decided upon before I agreed to have them come back out.
I've updated my review to be 4 stars because they were willing to make it right and resolve the issue. The only reason I'm not putting it to 5 stars is the fact that I wish it would have been handled correctly the first time they came out.

Ponds always does a fantastic job. Needed maintenance on our radiant heat. Was also leaking. Alex was a top notch tech. Very transparent. Good me what the problem was and did a perfect job. All their service techs have been excellent! Thanks Alex!!!
