Jenna, the tech from Ponds, was prompt and very thorough. Just a simple cleaning but she was able to find a few areas that had been missed by a couple of techs from other companies. System is running great since she was here.

I appreciate the friendly and thorough way that was able to pinpoint the exact problem with my water pressure meter…and with even more than the usual way that it wouldn’t work even after paying for …because of them We could see that the New City Meter that was installed just at the end of last season is not measuring properly…so It is interesting and very helpful to have a Detailed explanation and very Friendly Local Buisness that you can trust…Definitely nothing less than Great..and it also makes it much easier for the City Water Companies to do what needs to be done so I appreciate all that you do..Thank You

Travis did a very thorough estimate and then explain my option to me in great detail. He was able to answer all of my questions. I would do business with him again.

He did a great job. Had a crack in a pipe set in cement. I was afraid we needed to cut the cement which would have created a bunch of additional issues. He fixed the crack without cutting the cement. We poured gallons of water down the drain, no more leaks!

We used Pond’s for our 5 bathroom remodel, water softener replacement, and water heater repair and replacement. The service is always great. All their team members are reliable and respectful. Nice people.

My technician was great but there was an error and I feel ponds should have done more. So buyer beware

I used Pond's Plumbing this time to replace a disposal in a breakroom at a commercial building that I manage. Their service scheduler, Kim was great (and very polite) and contacted my tenant to arraign a time that would work for them. The service techs, Luke and Wille, were able to go there the same day and change out the disposal. Pond's is a first class and very professional business. We use them for both plumbing and our HVAC needs.

Ms Carter was very professional. She replaced a needed part, cleaned the system and got the system in good working order. Pond's Plumbing and Heating has been around for many years and I would definitely use them again.
