Express home services is wonderful. I can't say enough about how great they are, Lisa and Greg especially.

Lisa is always willing to help in every way she can and so understanding when it comes to scheduling. She talks to me as an individual, rather than just as any customer calling, and truly wants to help, not just make an appointment or a sale. Even in the late hours of the night, she was right there to take my call and ready for whatever I needed.

After so many people and repairs, Greg was able to come in and fix my AC in one appointment. It was such a relief. He came in and knew what he was doing and what needed to be done to fix the problems in one go. He also explained everything to me and didn't speak like I didn't know anything.

there isn't anything Express Home Services can't do and in my opinion, I wouldn't call anyone else with any problem in my house.

I had a few quotes on upgrading to an A/C system to ensure I was getting the best deal. What stuck out most to me was they didn't send a salesman out to give me a quote, they sent a technician who had been in the field for years. He knew exactly what he was talking about and even walked me through a few tips to get a longer life out of my furnace. He didn't treat me like a possible sales commission, but like a friend he wanted the best for. I ended up choosing Express Home because I was confident they weren't hiding prices from me and because I felt my needs were important as a person rather than just another client. Boy oh boy they have been delightful to work! My new A/C is installed now and I know I made the right choice in choosing Express Home.

We had a great experience! Our sewage system has a pump and when the pump goes out we no longer can use the toilets. Of course it went out at 11pm. I went online and made an appointment late that night. I got a response by 11:30pm and a technician was here first thing the next morning. Great service and my technician seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. Very pleased and would recommend them.

Jeremy Porter was extremely helpful when my water heater and lines began leaking he was very knowledgeable and diagnosed all of the issues. He made sure to fix my issues immediately before they had the chance to worsen. He was also very friendly and was great conversation and explanatory the entire time he was working.

Pros: we were able to quickly schedule an appointment
Cons: Poor communication, high cost to value

The guys who came out to our home were nice, but our experience with Express Home Services has been incredibly frustrating. A sales guy reached out advertised their services, including a fireplace tune up, which I was told costs $159 (other places charge $109) and included a fireplace cleaning. When the service guys came to my house, I was told that they had overheard my conversation with the sales guy and that I had been mislead and that fireplace cleaning was not included in the estimate. Since they were already at my home, I went ahead with it even though it included fewer services than advertised (they said the guy who sold me the fireplace cleaning was new/still being trained, but that still doesn't excuse why, if they heard it, they didn't tell me or correct the sales guy in the moment).

We were diagnosed with a gas leak and were quoted $850 to fix a couple pipes and install shut off valves, which we paid. However, only half the work was completed. Jeff said he'd come back to install a second valve shut off upstairs (only one was installed downstairs even though we were quoted for 2). After getting the run around from Jeff last week on when he could come by to finish the job (he kept promising to show up at various times and never did), we're now being told by the office that we need to pay an additional fee to have Jeff come back to install the second shut off valve.

If you can afford to wait, would try somewhere else.

Kristen was amazing! My garbage disposal wouldn’t turn on and she showed me a trip button for it. Had no idea disposals did that. And she didn’t charge me for pushing the button 😂

Hot water heater replacement. Kevin was the repairman and did a tremendous job.

Jake was great! We couldn’t find the correct breaker for an outlet and he found it had been incorrectly wired and fixed everything quickly and professionally. I will definitely use them for all of my electrical needs!

The secondary water line was leaking, they responded timely, Kevin was personable and knowledgeable.

Our AC stopped working and Express Services had a technician available next day.
While I appreciated the quick availability, It was a bit of a sticker shock after a 15+ minute repair to be presented with a bill for just over $200 to replace a fuse.
