I recently had Daniel and Doug from Blue Best Heating and Air come out to my house to install a new mini split system unit. I was really impressed with their work. They were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

I had a few concerns about the installation, but Daniel and Doug were able to answer all of my questions and put me at ease. They were also very patient and understanding when I had to make a few changes to the plans.

During the installation, they ran into a few problems, but they were able to figure out a solution and get everything working perfectly. They also went the extra mile to make sure that I was happy with the finished product.
I would highly recommend Blue Best Heating and Air to anyone. They are a great company with excellent customer service.

We selected Blue Best to replace our 24 year old furnace and outside A/C unit. We shopped it around and decided on Blue Best because we felt confident with them from the beginning when the Marty, the sales representative, came out. It was a great experience all the way through - they quoted fairly, they explained everything clearly, they answered all of our questions, and they communicated well and were very responsive. The Installation team of Trevor, Shari, and Gary were great too. They worked hard and did a great installation job. We're very happy with everything!

Blue Best and their technicians worked extremely hard to install 2 dual fuel heat pumps including new furnace components in 2 days. They took the job when some others would not. They solved air flow and uneven cooling problems along the way. I highly recommend them for outstanding service and knowledge about their craft. Their rates are reasonable and fair and undercharge for what you get in service. They are even filing rebates for us.

Rocky and John called ahead of time to make sure they knew what I was hoping they’d work on while they were here (and to let me know they were on the way!).

This is the second time I have used Blue Best, I recommend them to my friends!

Shari and Trevor was extremely punctual, very courteous, and so professional. I was informed that the installation of a furnace and new A/C could take a day and a half. They was here at 9:00am and out of here around 4:30. They talked me through the new equipment. They asked if I had any questions or concerns, which I did not. They made sure the place was clean before leaving. I will refer my family, friends, and neighbors to Blue Best. I trust them and feel that I wasn’t taken advantage of being an older single woman.

Daniel and Doug from Blue Best installed my Samsung mini split heat pump. They were professional, hardworking and knowledgeable. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.

Blue Best replaced the ductless mini-split system in my shop today! Daniel and Doug communicated well and came to our house at the time we had arranged. The installation looks great, and I know that Blue Best will stand behind the products they sell and their installation work. Very happy with the results. Great service and great value!

Benjamin and Ned were awesome! They were very professional, explained everything they were doing in our home to make sure that our Furnace and AC installation was done in a timely manner! Hard working guys who know what they’re talking about and did a great job. Also did a great job explaining how to use our new system. Would recommend these guys to anyone. Great job Blue Best!

Marty was the one who initially came out to give us a quote. He was very helpful and never really pushed for anything that we didn’t need, in fact he even undersized our outdoor cooling unit so that it would appropriately match what exactly we needed. We were initially going to be scheduled for a few weeks out, but we were actually able to be seen a week after Marty came out. Gary, Dallas, and Dylan came and got everything installed in about a day and a half. Everything looks very professional, and they made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Very much happy with the service that was provided.

Excellent experience working with Blue Best. They installed a new furnace, AC system and steam whole house humidifier. Daniel was great to work with, very professional and pleasant. He spent a lot of extra time helping us get the thermostat app set up on our phones, making sure we understood the systems and how to control. We also appreciated Doug’s professional and helpful manner. The installation was smooth, no issues or problems. Our new system makes our home more comfortable and efficient. We highly recommend Blue Best, Daniel and Doug and Roger. Roger was great to come on a Sunday evening when we had a concern. He also taught us how to use our new thermostat and ensured all was working well.
