I had my upstairs HVAC system replaced by Blue Best after the AC started struggling. I worked with Katy, who came out to give me a bid within a day of contacting them. She is a very professional individual and truly knows her line of work. She inspected my current system and the floor layout thoroughly, and produced a very detailed report of its condition. She went above and beyond to explain the conditions to me, and gave me a very competitive bid. There was no pressure or indication of upselling from her at all, which made me feel very comfortable. I trusted Katy’s expertise and she delivered BIG TIME! The crew showed up on time, and replaced the entire system in 2 days. They stayed late into the evening to clean everything up. Once done, the install manager spent over an hour checking every single detail to make sure everything was done right. The results speak for themselves! My upstairs is much more comfortable, and with a higher efficiency unit I am seeing a reduction in my heating and cooling bills. Katy was instrumental in helping me pick the right HVAC unit, and I am glad I worked with her on this project. I have the peace of mind now knowing that my system was installed properly by some of most knowledgeable and professional crews around.

I had blue best replace my hvac unit. They had the best prices around and they're very professional. They let me know my options and walked me through the whole process. Kyler Baldwin came to do my maintenance checkup services a year after the installation. He was very thorough, professional and kind. Everyone at Blue best has been a pleasure to talk to and work with. I really feel like they take pride in their job and had my best interest in mind. I would refer them to anyone.

Ray made me feel good about the service he did on my a/c which is 15 years old. While I paid a little more $89 instead of using companies that charge $29. Ray explained everything in detail that he did and didn’t try and up sell. I highly recommend Blue Best heating and air and their technician Ray.

Sean came to our house and gave us an honest fair quote that beat all the other companies we had come do quotes. And the ac unit they sold us was top of the line and over $2000 less than other companies wanted to charge for far less quality of unit. On day of installation Ned and Sherri were fantastic! They worked all day and seemed like they never even took a break even though we told them to. Our install was a little more complicated and took longer than expected but they made sure everything was done worked properly and cleaned up.. would recommend to anyone. Plus this is a locally owned and woman owned business!!

TaNiesha was excellent. She has done my last two tuneups and has been phenomenal. Very kind, courteous and professional. Both times she has walked me through what she is going to do, look for and gives updates on how everything is going. We had our new HVAC system installed last May and we couldn’t be happier with our Daikin system and Blue Best. I would highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.
