Blue Best Heating & Air

Blue Best knocked it out of the park when they came to install our tankless water heater, Daikin furnace, Daikin heat pump, whole home humidifier, Reme Halo UV light, and air purification filter! The staff is prompt, courteous, professional and helpful in finding what we needed. We appreciate the work and will be recommending Blue Best to everyone!

My experiences with Blue Best is alway the best! They provide the best customer service and scheduling an appointment for my A/C maintenance check was quick and easy. You are notified of your window for arrival (and they arrive during that time frame), and the technician contacts you when on their way. Dalin took care of my maintenance check. He was so nice, professional and did a thorough job! I highly recommend this company!!

Hello, I didn't actually have someone from blue best come out to look at my ac system, but I would like to thank TaNiesha Hansen, for her knowledge and expertise on my thermostat questions, she helped me figure out a few reasons why my ac might not be working efficiently..pointed me in the right direction!! Definitely will use Blue Best if I have any further questions or need any type of repair services done to my ac system!! A++ **** I would like to take a second and thank TaNiesha Hansen once again, TaNiesha has helped me with several questions about furnace problems, and has fixed a few for me as well. she is knowledgeable and has always found a solutions to the problems. she recently fixed a furnace for a client of mine in an emergency situation where the furnace quit, I probably could have done it myself with some YouTube videos, but I trusted her knowledge and she crushed it! TaNiesha is always very personable and confident in her ability to solve issues. if I have any questions, I know I can call her and she most always can tell me what is wrong over the phone. When the technicians got here they were very friendly, layed out their entire plan for the day, and put me at ease about any question I had. They were very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They were able to install many extra things that help the units run for longer and more efficiently. Response time is quick, staff is friendly and knowledgeable, Blue Best is my go to for my HVAC needs. Ray and Jaxon got my AC unit up and running again, they were very quick and professional, and ensured the job was done well.

I have honestly been absolutely wow'd by Blue Best's service. They've been communicative, helpful, and gone above and beyond every single time they've been in my home. My most recent tech was TaNiesha and she was phenomenal. She was on time (actually, early!), efficient, friendly, and answered all of my extra questions about filters (even helping me choose the kind that would be best for my system and cheapest). I'd used another company for my heating/cooling services before, but I'm switching to Blue Best for everything going forward.

Now for the technicians that came in to do all the hard work today.
Jared and David hands down are the BEST at what they do. Very respectful, very thorough with everything. Making sure all my questions were answered and educating me with the things I didn't know or didn't quite understand. They truly went above and beyond and made everything look amazing. Very clean and very organized team!
