Wow. Super impressed with the care, service, and professionalism this business offers. Worked with them several times. Jeff has been responsive and incredibly helpful in answering my every question. Prompt and quick in completing the work. Not typical in my past experiences with service providers. Yaaasss!! I’m so grateful that I stumbled up Now Heating & Air. Thank you!

My service representative was Barry, who initially diagnosed a bad pressure switch, but after replacing it and finding that it didn't solve the problem, he found an old hornets nest that was blocking the air flow from the outside. After unblocking the air flow, it worked. They took back the new pressure switch, since the old one was fine, and only ended up charging me the cost of a service call, which demonstrates honesty and integrity!

We wanted to get our furnace checked out because it is old and we thought it needed to be replaced. After we got onto the Air Now schedule, it was a matter of days before they arrived at the house. They threw every test they had at it and it managed to pass everything.

Now logically, if they were dishonest, they might have lied about the furnace being just fine and said it needed to be replaced; this would've ultimately got them some revenue to replace the whole thing (as that is what we were expecting to hear anyways and wouldn't have questioned it). It's because of that I think they do excellent and honest work. I definitely know who to call the next time we need some HVAC work done.

We had a new furnace and two A/C units installed last fall. Our electricity usage through the winter dropped, this summer is yet to be seen but everything they did has been working flawlessly. The guys that did the install were kind and courteous as well as being specifically trained to do their jobs.

Will definitely be using these guys again. Came out same day. The technician (Barry) was very helpful and found the problem quickly. He changed out a capacitor and now we have cold air again. Thanks!

Great group to work with! They are honest and do not charge for things not needed. Very professional!
