Genuine Comfort Heating & Air

I can't give enough praise to Genuine Comfort and all the staff there. We needed an entire new Heating & AC system as ours was 16 years-old and I did A LOT of research and calling around for estimates & advice. Tony answered dozens of questions that I had and never tried to upsell me. He replied quickly to multiple texts and phone calls and followed up with me often without being pressuring. He gave me an incredible deal for a great system (and believe me, I did my research!) and I couldn't be more pleased. The team that came out to install (Mark, Konnor & Ryan) were professional, curteous and quick. They laid down liners to protect my carpet and kept me in the loop of what they were doing and how long it would take. They were friendly and great at thier work...what more could I ask for?! We're happy with our system and especially happy with the value! And then to get a 'thank you' in the mail from them several days later? This company has my business :).

Wayne and Tony are awesome! Very reliable and willing to assist! Not common these days!
UPDATE: Round two! Genuine Comfort was yet again great to work with! here we are in the dead of winter and my furnace decided to quit. Wayne was incredibly resposive and was over to our house within 20 min from when the message was sent. We have replaced the AC and the furnace for a more long term fix and it has been a fantastic upgrade! The techs who came out to preform the work are outstanding men and we are very happy with the work that was provided.
I have used GC for years and will continue to spread the good word about them! Thanks fellas & April!

John was super nice and answered all the questions my grandpa had as well as showed him everything he was doing. He stayed and made sure the heater was working properly after I set the schedule. Very professional and highly recommend using this company for any of your HVAC needs. Thanks again!

I have worked with lots of contractors over the years. These guys have been by far the easiest to work with. I highly highly recommend them. Read on if you want more details.

It started off with Tony. He seemed to understand what I wanted. He listened and gave smart and honest suggestions. He was in contact throughout the entire process and was very helpful. I never felt rushed.

Mark and Mac did the install. We were changing locations of the furnace and adding an A/C unit. They worked hard and got it done with as little mess as possible. They kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. I would not have any issues with them coming back to do more work in the future. Very easy to work with.

Brian was sent over to fix the gas line. Since the furnace had been moved the gas line needed to be adjusted. He came in and ended up spending more time on it than he expected. He ended up running it a bit different to make it work perfect rather than just scab it together. It turned out perfect. He was very nice and easy to work with.

Everything looks clean and professional. We are very happy.

We have used Genuine Comfort for a number of years and I couldn't be happier with them! I phoned just this morning and Annette was able to get Brian out here before noon to check things out. The problem was solved in a short period of time and the house is very cool now! Had they not been able to come out today Annette would have had a portable room air conditioner brought out. In my opinion Genuine Comfort goes beyond what they have to in order to keep customers happy and comfortable and I appreciate them immensely!!

I received 4 different bids to replace my furnace and heater, and Genuine Comfort offered the Carrier brand products I wanted at a very fair price. What really put them over the top though, was the friendly, honest, attentive service. I could tell that they were performing the best possible installation for our needs, even with a tight installation location. Highly recommended for any HVAC needs.

I've been using Genuine Comfort for AC and furnace maintenance for over twelve years, and they have never disappointed. Wayne, April and their techs are simply the best: friendly, honest, reliable and competent. They feel more like trusted family members than just a business.

Genuine Comfort was contracted by my fireplace installer to add a gas line to our 93 year old home to supply the new fireplace. When Brian arrived for the initial inspection, I shared that I wanted to retain the aesthetic of our home and asked if we could find an option that would avoid running a gas line across the front of the house. He was happy to look at the options with me and explain the pros and cons of each. We finally settled on a great solution that I would have never considered that was sure to keep the line neatly hidden. Brian was back today for the install with another member of the Genuine Comfort team. These guys were EARLY, got the job done quickly, and were smiling and friendly the entire time. Not to mention that the visible work that they left behind is an example of true craftsmanship. The finished product is better than I had imagined without any need for plaster or drywall repair. Every person I have interacted with at Genuine Comfort has been a true professional and a pleasure to work with. Highly Recommended!
