We were out of town when monitors in our house indicated that the temperature in the house was dropping rapidly. Since we have radiant heating, this is a significant concern. Even though it was the afternoon on the day before Thanksgiving, Custom Comfort arranged for Shawn to adjust his schedule so that he could come to the house and check out the problem. He was great! He identified the problem, ordered the necessary part, and was able to fix the problem so that the system could operate effectively until the new part could be retrieved and installed. Not only did he skillfully take care of the boiler problem, but he did so in an incredibly considerate, conscientious, and pleasant manner. Shawn fixed what could have been a disaster and totally relieved our stress from having the issue arise when we were not at home.

Custom Comfort has serviced, repaired, and upgraded our radiant system and done general plumbing for us for almost 10 years when we began working with Rick. We have never been let down. They do quality work and are responsive, careful, punctual, and pleasant. We trust their recommendations for their honesty and good judgment. As a bonus, Julie in the office is great to work with.

We have hired custom comfort to work on our boiler and our swamp cooler at our house among some other things. They had no idea how to fix the swamp cooler and charged us for 2 hours of work while he stared at the cooler doing nothing. I ended up having to fix the swamp cooler myself. Then they installed the wrong part on our boiler that is now malfunctioning a year later. They would not even come look at the broken part they installed unless we paid them $95 up front. Bad service. Unskilled repairman. Shamrock Plumbing has been much better to work with.

Custom Comfort removed old furnace, cooling coils and outside compressor and installed new Rudd system. They were on time with both the bid process and with the installation. Showed up on time, did a great job, completely cleaned up when they were finished and they did finish as promised. Very pleased with Justin and his company.

Custom Comfort has done work for us several times. We've been very happy every time! Recently we had our A/C go out on a Saturday. They came quickly and had the repair done fast and at a fair price. We highly recommend them!

I highly recommend custom comfort. Our family has had all sorts of work done by this company including A/C, heat, plumbing, water softener, etc...and we keep coming back. In our experience, the service technicians were excellent and treated our house like it was their own.

This company is REALLY BAD! Do NOT use them for ANY RADIANT HEATING or any other services!! They installed a radiant system in my home and they did not use the "expensive glycol" chemical they charged me for in my system. In fact, they did not use ANY at all and my system froze (this should not happen in a closed loop system that is properly installed) and pipes burst and my $8,000 boiler had to be replaced. Also they didn't have the correct valve on the home end of our gas meter, so our bills skyrocketed. Sadly, we have not been able to afford to fix this correctly - which should have been installed correctly in the first place at the EXTREMELY HIGH PRICE that was initially charged. Also, they couldn't even install our bathroom fixtures and even pour a proper shower pan. That is a REALLY basic thing a plumber should be able to do. THIS COMPANY DOES SHAM WORK!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! I wish we had.

Oh, also a few of our zone valves also blew within a year. They also use poor quality parts and charge premium prices. They DO NOT stand behind their work!

Our HOA is a longtime customer of Custom Comfort. They are an excellent service provider and Rick is always taking care of us!

Called several times as their stickers are all over our equipment. Could not get a call back until 4th try and then was told not available to service. If that is the case why put Call Custom Comfort for Service stickers on my units.

I had gotten several estimates to put in a new gas line for an oven. This was the only company that actually calculate the capacity of my existing gas line and determined that the approach that the other estimates had suggested would result in inadequate gas flow which would cause appliances to snuff out. I really appreciate their thoroughness and honesty.
