Brian and Ryan from Genuine Comfort installed a new gas line for a fireplace in my house. Their service was excellent. They taught me about the setup of the gas line in my 100-year-old house and answered any questions I had with a great deal of knowledge and experience. I even learned a couple new things about my house that I didn't know before. And most importantly, they made sure things were up to code (including updating previous work that was done by someone else before we bought the house). I'd definitely recommend their services.

Wayne and DJ are great to work with! Wayne came out within an hour of our first call. Even though he couldn't get the part until the next morning, he made sure that they got to it as soon as possible. DJ was on time the next morning and worked quickly to fix our broken AC unit. The price was fair and he was super friendly. I would definitely recommend these guys if you need service!

We decided to go with Genuine Comfort for our new furnace and A/C because we felt, out of all of the companies we called for estimates, that Wayne was truly concerned about helping us get what would be best for us and not just in selling us the most expensive units on the market. He listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions. When it came time for the install, they were very timely and professional. They charged us exactly what they had estimated it would cost and not a penny more. We also really liked that they offered a two year warranty on the labor, every other company we contacted only offered a one year warranty on the labor. All in all, we were very impressed and would happily recommend Genuine Comfort to anyone and will be using them in the future for anything else we may need!

Brian and Jeppe were amazing. They upgraded my gas line for a fireplace insert. It was a very difficult job and they did it with professionalism and ease! I would definitely call them again if I have any issues with my HVAC system. Also, April in the office is very polite and able to answer all my questions.

Wayne was super helpful planning out the systems and details with me without making me feel rushed. He was professional and patient. This is the second project he's helped us with and the first was just as smooth. The installers were clean, professional, quick and respectful. They had to move the condensing unit to another side of the house and run new lines for everything. They made minimal holes in the drywall and got everything through our crazy 50 year old ceiling. I felt like there wasn't anything they couldn't do and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Everything runs so much better and efficiently now.

Super impressed with Wayne and his installers! We wanted to switch out our electric cooktop with a gas one and the only place in our house without a gas line connection was in our kitchen, of course. Wayne came out quickly to give us a quote, he was friendly and professional and arrived during the time window he committed to. We also got three other quotes for the exact same work. Genuine Comfort's quote was substantially more affordable than the others so we hired them to run a new line for our new gas cooktop and also had them make some modifications to the gas line in our equipment room so it wasn't running across the front of our furnace (gotta love old homes). The installers arrived on time and were incredibly friendly and professional (even when dealing with project challenges) and despite the project taking a bit longer than expected the price paid was the price quoted. Genuine Comfort did an incredible job end-to-end and we couldn't be more pleased with what we paid and the quality of their work. We would recommend this company without hesitation!

Genuine Comfort Heating and Air is amazing! I have had Wayne Rappleye and many of his employees in my home and office on multiple occasions and I trust them to be there with my wife, kids and employees without me being present. The repairs they performed were done competently, they cleaned up after themselves, and they were courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Wow! Awesome company! Our ancient furnace finally bit the dust. One of their service technicians, Tyler came to look at it. He explained the problem to me and all of our options. He gave me written bids for all of the options from replacing a key component, to replacing the entire furnace. He was not pushy at all, just gave us the facts. My husband and I took an evening to discuss it, and in the end decided to replace the furnace. Colby & Gerald arrived as scheduled and on time. They worked so hard. They didn't even stop to eat lunch! They were at my house from 8:30am to 6:30pm! Our furnace is in a tiny closet in the basement, not easy to access. They had to be a little creative, but Colby made it work. He explained everything to me before any changes were made. They cleaned up after themselves and kept me updated. They were friendly and patient while we were trying to make some last minute decisions. I was very happy with the whole install process. These are honest hardworking people, with many years of experience. My new furnace is on and my home feels comfortable and warm. We had an excellent experience working with Genuine Comfort. Wayne came to the house and assessed our situation, he was very thorough and offered up many small things that I could do to help improve our AC. Then his guys came and made my system much more efficient and they did an awesome job.
