Wayne has been so incredible, and his great leadership to his team shows. He presented many options, and suggested the realistic needs for our HVAC issues. I had multiple quotes and he was by far the most realistic and honest. The work was done so well, and any issues and he was willing to make it right. So glad i was able to find him.

They were super responsive and worked hard to get our furnace repaired. It was especially difficult as the people who installed it did a terrible job and actually ended up being the cause of our problems. However since it took 10 years for the problems to present themselves, we're out of luck with going back to the installers. Genuine comfort was great about explaining exactly what was wrong and why and showed us exactly how the problems were created. We appreciate their honesty very much. I will always use them.

Wayne and the rest of his team has been excellent to work with. They have helped me with gas lines inside and outside my house as we added a fire pit and a gas dryer. They were on time, honest with our needs, and always conscious of the budget and keeping the cost reasonable. I strongly recommend them for any heating or air work!

I have never met the people at Genuine Comfort until today. I was referred by an electrician friend who was unable to figure out the intermittent AC problem we have had for three years. Unreliable AC in the dog days of summer is kind of a drag. Genuine Comfort sent a repair technologist at the precise time they said they would and he quickly diagnosed two problems with our AC unit that is less than five years old. He showed me exactly how minor errors in the installation process resulted in the problems we were experiencing. He charged very little based on his timely and expert service. Oh, and he was absolutely COVID-19 compliant and made me feel very safe. I will definitiely call this company back if other HVAC issues arise.
