My HVAC unit is under warranty with this company. They said they refuse to come out to service our unit until we take down our review. If the review you leave them is anything less than perfect they refuse service regardless if they have a warranty or not. Explains all the good reviews. Seems unethical and some might say corrupt. I am fine with leaving a good review or even taking down my bad review if the situation has been rectified. They should make it right and do the right thing. I wanted to let other people know this happened to me and that this is the type of ethics and morals this company has.

Yashua arrived on time, friendly and very courteous. He entered into my home wearing shoe covers and a mask. He worked diligently, efficiently and keep me informed with his maintenance. When Yashua completed his work, he explained everything he did and asked if I had any questions or concerns about the maintenance he performed. He handed me the maintenance report, and was just as pleasant when he left my home. Excellent service and an excellent representative for your company. It was a pleasure to have him service my home.

Dillon my assigned technician was awesome and very transparent with his findings and worked to ensure we had a temporary solution until the parts were available to fix the issue. Lauren in customer services was also awesome and done everything she could to accommodate my need and get a tech on-site ASAP. Thank you both for the great customer experience!

After comparing the quotes I received from IME against the other companies, and looking at the reviews and Better Business Bureau reviews, I decided to go with IME. I definitely made the right decision as they did an excellent job on replacement of our old unit. Tyler Martin was our sales rep and he did a great job, even with numerous requests I asked of him.

In comparison with the other companies, they offer a 1 year maintenance plan, and here is where they are different: a 2 year labor warranty. And of course you get the 10 year warranty on the equipment. And on top of this, they had the best costs and I did not feel like they were trying to rip me off. I am very happy with the work they did and the equipment they installed.

Yashua performed a maintenance and tune up on one of our AC systems. He was friendly, professional and very helpful. We've been really happy with IME and have used them now for many years! Highly recommended!

Everyone at IME Service was very professional from our initial call to report our new AC was working correctly to the service technician that came out to our house. Lauren & Savannah did an excellent job in scheduling our appointment in a prompt manner.

Joshua (proper name is Yehoshua, we kept mispronouncing it but he was very gracious about it) called to let us know what time he would be at our home and he was prompt! Not a minute late!

When he arrived he got to the problem, determined the issue and solved it within 30 minutes. Our AC wasn't cooling half of the house correctly and the other half was too cold. He answered all of our questions, we had a lot - first time homebuyer, in a clear manner that we could understand. He explained what the issue was, walked us through how he was going to fix it and then proceeded to do so.

He even gave us some pointers/tips to help keep the house evenly cool.

I waited a little over a month to write this review because i wanted to fully test the AC and make sure it was working correctly (and the heater as well) - they are.

I cannot say enough fantastic things about the folks at IME - all professional, friendly and gracious!

I would recommend IME Services to everyone! Tyler is very professional and provided a timely quote for an AC replacement and came by after the install to ensure that everything was installed correctly. Juan was polite an courteous during the install and did a great job. It is always nice when you have work done at your home and they treat your home like their own and ensure that things are left clean and tidy afterwards. Great job IME!

Kyle and the crew are the greatest. They installed a new a/c and heater in a few hours which was great. We've been without air for awhile. The price of everything was fantastic. We installed our last one 20 yrs ago. For the new one that IME INSTALLED WAS ONLY $449MORE THAN 20YRS AGO THANKS IME. My plumber son was impressed with them and is now going to refer them to his customers. Thanks again IME
