I've had a very positive experience with Advent Air. Daniel Martinez was the technician who came out to help with a diagnosis and repair of my air conditioning system and he had done an outstanding job. Daniel is detail oriented and demonstrates a focus on the quality of his work which is something I deeply appreciated. He was thorough in his analysis and was able to explain everything to me in the process as well. He was able to identify and fix an issue with the capacitor quickly and had also helped to fix a wiring issue from the original installation that had caused the condenser fan to run in the wrong direction. He was also very thorough in his analysis of the system in the attic as well to ensure that the air flow was working correctly. Everything on my air condition system is working really well again and I am glad that there are awesome technicians like Daniel who take such care in the quality of their work.

We recently had an AC outage and Advent was the first place that was able to send someone to look at our problem the same day. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was very polite and helpful. The tech that was working on our unit was also very nice. The only down side was the time and lack of communication. We ended up having to wait a week for a part to arrive (not including the 4th holiday) and then another day before the install. Just a quick update from the company about time lines or progress would have been very appreciated, we felt completely in the dark while we waited.

These guys are great! My ac was acting funky the night before so I found them based on a recommendation from my neighborhood facebook page. I could schedule an appointment online with incredible ease, got a text instantly confirming my appointment. The guys showed up a bit early which was awesome and were incredibly professional, nice, and helpful. They gave me some recommendations based on some things that were starting to surface but were not at all pushy, just very informative. Price is very reasonable for what they did - diagnostic, changing filters, thorough inspection etc. AC is working like a charm now in this brutal summer heat. I recommend!

Never expected anyone to answer the phone at 1030 at night. They did and the dispatcher called this morning and got things scheduled. Then called back to verify and let me know to make sure I had time to get home from work. Daniel was punctual, so courteous and walked me through everything that he did! Amazing customer service and amazing professionalism. You don’t see service like this much these days. This will be my company of choice for sure moving forward!

They did great job. All staffs are very professional and on-time always from quote to install. Finished new ac and duct works in one day at 3 digit temperature sunny hot weather in Texas. I really appreciate their hard work and help.

Daniel was exceptional with this service maintenance of our advent air installed units. We have always been satisfied with our service however the level of service from Daniel was exceptional. He discussed preventative care and how to maintain our systems through ensuring proper drainage in our pipes, changing our filters and keeping up with our services. Thank you Daniel for your maintenance service of our systems for the spring, you were exceptional! I recommend Advent to anyone that is looking to get a new AC/Furnace and their service. Chris was very knowledgeable and thorough. Even though replacing a new HVAC system is not cheap, he was able to give us a discount to help. He also loaned us a window unit until our unit could be replaced.
