    I purchased a brand new 3Ton American Brand Air Conditioner cooling and heating System in May 2023.

    Kyle was straight forward to work with
    I liked that he was not a typical pushy sales guy. You would think he was part of the family that own the company- (its a family owned business).

    There were some small difference in the options agreed and signed for, and installed, which he has offered to look into for credit. He provided warranty registration as requested.

    Kyle sent a very nice crew to remove old unit and install new. I cannot say enough good things about the friendly install crew he sent.

    The lead installer Maurice was is very professional, knows his work, works quickly and quietly. He get on and completes and tests install, inside and outside. He us open to listening to any concerns or requests and resolves.
    I was impressed that he speaks very little English, but communicates very well. Did installed new unit in same location as old unit.I would trust him and want him any time I need an A/C Tech service.

    It was a pleasant experience using this company and would recommend.

    Imc services installed a new a/C and Heating system. Jake was the salesman that came out and gave me a estimate. He was very knowledgeable and followed up with me to get the system installed. Juan installed the system they did a good job. I would recommend this company to my family and friends. Very reasonable price.

    I worked with Kyle Cooper for A/C condenser and evaporator replacement. He was very responsive through text and emails. I solicited quotes from 4 different places and IME had the best pricing for the same or comparable equipment. Installation team was on time and quick.

    On 5/4/5/23 we called Integrated to let them know that we had no AC. They told us they would come on 5/8/23. Their worker came on 5/8/23 around 7pm. I told the worker that we had somebody inspect the AC and that he believed to be the compressor. He didn't believed me and attempted to do other maintenance work at a cost of $90 to come and $150 an hr, which could cost a minimum of $600.00. If it wasn't that, then they would attempt to replaced the compressor. The compressor was 3yrs old and under warranty, and yet they were refusing to replaced it. There would be more labor costs involved in replacing it, but we were willing to pay for it. To date, the company has not returned our calls concerning our problem.
    We bought the ac system on January 2020 and is only 3 years old. I am writing this complaint because we have never experience a problem like this with a company before,

    IME Services installed new HVAC units, and we had a great experience with Jake Stastny, who was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything very well for us to understand, and he was very responsive to our texts and e-mails throughout the process. Thank you!

    Excellent service and staff. They were bang on time and very fast, no hidden costs. They will not try to sell the product unlike other company. You pay for what you want and very reasonable. They replaced my two AC units for the 1st and 2nd floor. Special thanks to Kyle!

    Jake at IME helped me with a quick and smooth installation of the HVAC unit located on third floor of my townhome. He offered a very competitive price for an American Standard HVAC unit backed with a solid warranty and installation expertise. Highly recommend IME and working with Jake for all your HVAC needs.

    I am dropping this review after using the annual system maintenance from couple of years. With maintenance price they agreed to change filter but every other time despite telling them before appointment, what size filter needs to bring there technician never gets the right one. The one which came first time brought a filter doesn't fit so he told me to trade it on Amazon and now the most recent one got a thin filter to hold it for 30 days as that's what they had in back office available. Every time there technician gives new story to match there situation.
    I cannot really comment on the there maintenance work so am putting 2 star for it.
    I am paying for certain service which IME agreed to give me but they alter it as per there own liking. I refrain not to put a post for a local business but looks like they don't care on customers feedback.

    I’ve been unimpressed with my experience with the company.
    1. Trash was left in my home after installation and dust/trash dumped/left in my front yard after as well which I found very unprofessional.
    2. Refund check for overpayment got flagged by my bank. Instead of reissuing it I was told to handle it myself with my bank or provide them with banking info, I wasn’t comfortable with this but was traveling for work so was unable to get it sorted myself for several weeks. (Obviously this happens sometimes but added with everything else it has been very frustrating)
    3. AC Unit is not working (was installed 5weeks ago) not thrilled since the reason I bought a new system was to avoid these issues this year. Called and scheduled a tech between 2-6pm. Got a call at 6:05 stating they would be there between 7:15-7:30. There was bad weather so I do understand things happen but no apology was given at all which would have been common courtesy after the company wasted half of my work day. Was told to call back the next day to reschedule. Taking another few hours off work AGAIN to have it hopefully checked today.
    Overall unimpressed with lack of professionalism. I chose to have my HVAC system replaced by IME to save me time and issues this spring, only to have it backfire and cause me weekly issues that I have to deal with.
    When everything was reported supervisor just seemed annoyed. (I get it, I’m annoyed too!)
    Although I will say that the women working at the office are helpful and polite. I do understand that things happen sometimes but my concern is how many issues have happened in such a short time frame. Which causes me to question overall quality and professionalism. I rarely do reviews but I do feel that others should be aware of these concerns.
