    My wife and I recently had our HVAC system replaced by IME. Jake, our consultant was very informative, honest and responsive throughout the entire process. Juan's team did the install. They were professional, friendly and very quick. I would highly recommend IME if you're needing a new HVAC system.

    In February 2022, IME replaced my entire HVAC system with two 4 ton, 16 SEER American Standard units. They also built a new plenum for one of the attic units, modified several ducts by enlarging their diameters; then balanced the system, by properly adjusting the dampers. They replaced the existing thermostat with an Ecobee Pro. Jay and his team did excellent installation work. Kyle was the IME sales rep I worked with. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He made the process less traumatic than imagined.
    Because I chose to have the HVAC replaced in late winter, the air conditioning refrigerant could not be maxed out due to the ambient air temp being too low. In mid-May 2022, Dillion, an IME technician, came to my house to bring the coolant up to specs as the outside temp now made it possible to add the additional R-410A coolant. Dillon was readily able to diagnose why the Ecobee system was sending me "high humidity" alerts, which was the result of low levels of coolant in the system (as explained above.) He verified the problem and added the R-410A. Dillon was also professional, knowledgeable and personable.
    I have been a homeowner more than 40 years. IME is now my go-to company for HVAC work. I highly recommend the company and salute their employees like Kyle, Jay and Dillon who come into the customer's home with respect and integrity.

    I’m so happy with IME Services. They replaced my AC unit about three years ago and recently my unit started making some noise. Dillon S. called to apologize that he was running late and let me know exactly what time he would be here. What a professional. He clean my unit and told me that it just needed a new filter. That was it. I appreciate the honesty and he answered all my questions. I cannot recommend Dillion or IME Services enough.

    I have been dealing with this company for around 10 months now. Our sales person was Tyler and I selected a Lennox HVAC unit. I have endlessly had non stop issues since it was installed. On the date of arrival to install they failed to even come with all of their equipment and asked that I provide tools that they needed and materials. I let them know that is not what we paid for and they would have to purchase their own tools. Once they came back from home depot they did a spotty installation job that took over two days to install one unit (failed inspection twice) they finally fixed the unit to pass inspection and all was well since it was winter and I did not need to run it. Once March came around and we turned the unit on and it was leaking everywhere. So I called for a warranty repair for them to come out and fix the leak. Initially he came and stated there was nothing wrong. After flooding my brand new floors I called again and they stated that my pipes were clogged and that is why it was flooding. Turns out after an additional $200 for a trip charge to a plumber my pipes were not clogged since they were just replaced a couple years ago. The visit with a plumber from another company showed me what was wrong on a video and why my ac was leaking he also let me know they have been fixing issues from this company for years. I immediately contacted IME again third time regarding same issue and they sent the same tech out again who fixed the problem (his supervisor watched the video of the leak and told them how to fix it) and was able to put foil tape all around the unit so it would not leak again. My brand new unit is rigged with foil tape. To make matters worse we are now 10 months in and I have had to wait for weeks to have another tech come out to take a look at the outside unit to find out why it sounds like a motorcycle. I do not run the unit during the day due to the noise being so loud and not knowing what is wrong and why it is making this loud noise. I don't want to continue to run it if it is going to make the unit worse. I have had complaints from neighbors regarding how loud it is. IME does not show up on time nor do they call to even let you know an estimate of when they can arrive. I would recommend to never do business with them. This has been a nightmare experience and for almost $6k I would have rather just kept the original unit I had and repaired it as many times as I have had to have IME come out and repair this unit.

    IME provided me really good value for my money. Their repairmen are really good as well. My AC wasn’t working properly about 4 months after installation. It turned out that the drainage pipe had clogged which was not their fault at all (it happened in a bathroom that we seldom used). The repairman, Abraham took really good care of us and fixed and cleaned everything and didn’t even charge us. I highly recommend their service.

    Had an issue this week with my safeTpipe was stopping my unit outside from coming on. Dillion went over everything including the clean out and how important this is. The SafeTpipe did it’s job and Dillion helped diagnosing the issue and providing a quick remedy.

    Also when I called to request service, the lady who answers the phone was very nice and listened to my concerns. I called her several times and never felt rushed or anything. IME is doing a wonderful job. Been great since I bought my unit from them in 2019!

    Kyle Cooper our sales representative, gave us top notch professional care. Install performed by Juan and his team went very smoothly and on time! Kyle was very knowledgeable on his products and did not, try to up sell us on anything we didn’t need. On our final walk through, Kyle actually helped us with adjusting the fan speeding the new unit, which toned down the a/c sound itself. Very pleased with unit. Works great!! Honest, friendly and very professional service! Will highly recommend to anyone in need!
